12 team 1 qb dynasty any moves you think I should make besides a better back up qb QB: purdy and daniel jones RB:cmc hall taylor Warren estime miller mitchel guerendo WR: jefferson devonta higgins naber ladd mike williams burton wicks sutton TE: pitts kraft
Real nice team, only suggestion would be if youve got draft capital you could try to upgrade ur starting QB even cuz I do think you can be a contender w that roster
I think one thing you are missing is how narrow some target trees are. Combine a narrow target tree with a good QB and you are going to get good production. I'm specifically talking about SF. Projecting them as low end WR 2s is very curious. When they are both healthy Kittle typically takes a back seat and the only other competition for targets is CMC. And what happens if CMC goes down with injuries like he did the last time he had over 400 touches? only now he's four years older. Either way barring injury they will both be right around the top 12 WRs. If CMC goes down look for Samuel to challenge for #1 since he would take on more carries.
Perhaps - i think they are both capable of being top 15 guys but its just hard to project insanely efficient seasons for them again. Aiyuk needed 18 yards per catch last season to finish below his current adp haha
@@realsteeleffb Well he was the #1 WR in terms of ESPN metrics (measuring how frequently he was open, catch rate and YAC) playing with the highest rated passer in the NFL. So maybe not as much of an outlier as you are suggesting.
Its possible for sure, it was just a bit of an outlier ypc even in relation to his own career averages. Hes an elite WR in a great offense though so i dont mind taking him I just think is more upside w some of the WRs being drafted around him
Samuel is great against zone and not man, which limits his tree. Aiyuk like Nico Collins has nowhere but to go down or elsewhere.. Thinking both of these guys in top 20 together is way too much of a reach for me.
Would Ceedee signing or not signing a contract have any impact on your view of him? I think if he gets hurt, he is less likely to return. Unless, he has a contract signed to guarantee his future.
Not too much honestly, I agree with you that there is the possibility of him maybe being more careful with an injury if he gets hurt (i guess sort of like JJ last season) but in general i dont put too much stock in to injury concerns unless the player has a history that warrants it (Christian Watson for example)
I’m sorry I can’t spend a top pick on puka this year I know hes got talent but kupp could easily snap back into that top wr spot for me it’s too risky unless I hear kupp still dealing with injuries
Totally fair - I think hes probably at the bottom of that 3rd tier for me but he is clearly extremely talented so its just hard to ignore him in that offense
Some great takes here as always. The second look for Nico Collins and DK Metcalf would be well warranted. Nico probably not low enough. 109targets with a top 91.3% wr rating are two trends he can not beat. Metcalf I love where he is at, along with Cooper. They are both WR2 year in year out. Metcalf should be twice as high. I don’t like the new committee WR some teams have established. Especially the Bears situation. Rookie QB. Top two wrs don’t score TD’s. Written in stone, Allen 6 tds and Moore rhymes with 4. Giants rookie would have to catch all 12 of Jones tds. Why can’t Cupp do what K Allen did last year. Cupp has two less seasons at same age. R. Rice is easily the one not to draft here. He just plain sucks. Wretched POS.
Yeah Nico and that whole WR room are definitely one of the hardest things for me to evaluate this season. Definitely love DKs value right now. Im actually pretty in on DJ moore but thats it for the bears. WR13 on the season last yr even if you take out his monster game against Washington and he should have a QB upgrade to offset the slight drop in target share. Ive only got Malik projected for 5 TDs and hes still a top 12 guy for me haha. Kupp could also definitely do what Keenan did i just dont find myself targetting him
@@realsteeleffb Eagles are my favorites to win Super Bowl. Last year is typically, well last year. Kellen Moore he K Allen as a WR. 3. And Williams as a wr15. Brown and Smith, me like.
Its possible haha - id argue Herbert is a better pure Passer than Hurts and I think theyll run a decent amount w Saquon. Love Brown still, just not so much Smith
Stefon Diggs literally put up the same numbers and Nico Collins last year despite them switching to a offensive coordinator who completely took diggs out of the scheme. Diggs didn’t fall off at all, not sure what games you watched
Stefan Diggs has decided to be a selfish player , not making plays for the team , just for him , even the Minnesota miracle was not a Diggs play , it was poor db play
Always fun to see different opinions here. The thing with the back half of the season for me is that Diggs actually still got a really solid target share, it just didnt turn in to production (hence me feeling like he lost a step a bit) That plus the Bills effectively giving him away (literally took on more cap space to move him) says that the Bills felt he wasnt useful anymore either. Hes also got no chemistry with Stroud yet like Dell and Collins do so ive just gotta assume hes the 3 there
@@aidanorsino1you’re just going off internet narratives. They gave diggs the ball so much because they had to. The only time diggs was vocal was when others like Josh Allen break down and lose them the game with one of his many choke jobs
@@realsteeleffb yea You came to the most dull conclusions based off 2 games that skewed his stats a lot. Like I said, he was just as productive as nico. If you think he’ll be a WR3 you just don’t know ball at all. This is why you nerds need to stick to chess and tennis or something
