The first time for me, seeing rally cars getting washed. I noticed Evans is the only one who switched off the engine, although that might've been merely accidental.
@@ranggakosala3162 I always check rally car side windows & was sure about Katsuta at the time, but apparently, I misread the names on this one occasion. After double-checking through all cars, Katsuta isn't even in the video.
I love seeing these cars on the road😍😍😍 because what i really want (and I mean REALLY!) is one as a daily driver❤️. Yes I do! Ergo my unbridled anger at Toyota for not importing the Yaris GR into the US🤬🤬🤬🤬....a production car as close as anything has ever been.... Toyota🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
I felt stupid when I found out Hyundai doesn’t even sell the i20 in the US, too. Went on the website looking for i20 N specs and couldn’t find it! 😂 But seriously…Toyota, Hyundai….bring those cars here!!!
Wasn't evident to me why the cars were being washed at all. Didn't look particularly dirty to me. Or is this some kind of advance cleaning for the dust, mud or snow yet to come?
It's a standard thing at a World Rally Championship. After a loop of stages, the car is cleaned in such a way that it goes clean to the service park, after which it is tinkered with and the following stages can be driven. In gravel or rallies whith wett conditions, the car is a lot dirtier and cleaning is therefore more important.

Wonder how much the car wash guys get paid? Here in UK it's around £5 but thats hand wash soap and rinse. A self car wash you can get as cheap as £1.50.

It's a rally car...it's going to get dirty anyways It's just standard procedure for WRC cars to get a quick rinse down after loops of stages so they can be ready for maintenance and adjustments for new terrain
that's right, that's a shame..., this is also a beautiful part of the sport. Here's a video of a Liason: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dVYSnh8eEaY.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-0GIIyW595fY.html
