If you look on Ralph's friend list, Sonic is somewhere on it. He supports him, goes to his events and games, and even tells him what WiFi is. Good guy and good friend.
I feel like Sonic was just to boost the popularity ratings for Wreck It Ralph and then it got the fans interested in his character and story. Otherwise, they mainly watched and waited just to see Sonic The Hedgehog.
True! I literally dragged my parents to see the movie just cause Sonic was there 💀 but we actually enjoyed it in the end, and now it’s one of my favorites (the sequel however - I pretend it doesn’t exist).
Man, I know movie budgets are something else - but I wish Sega was able to animate our blue boy just as good in their games. He looks so good here, especially the mouth animation.
@@malmart0 Oh yeah! Sonic Prime looks great, I love the animation there! The shows are okay, I was talking more about the games. I miss CGI cutscenes like in Unleashed for example - that opening still leaves me in awe.
@@richeetah5221 Yeah! I think the in game scenes are good, I just wish there were some more cgi ones, at least as the opening. Just to make a badass entrance, you know?
Because Sonic the Fighters was shown, that sorta implies that the Sonic of this universe is programmed to knock the rings out of his own friends. When he sees Tails or Amy, it's on sight.
@@eli-0921 that doesn’t make him Disney’s character. Disney may have gotten permission from sega to use him. But he’s sega’s, because they made, and still own sonic.
@@Ertto54 i only said that because of the comment. He said sonic was more of a disney character before paramount specifically because he appeared in these 2 disney movies
@@eli-0921 no he outright said “Sonic *was* a Disney character before paramount. I’m sorry if I didn’t get something he implied, but he didn’t do a good job at elaborating.
No way I can’t believe this Mike Pollock doesn’t even say a thing in this movie even with being more prominent than Sonic well addles Roger Craig Smith was in it
2:21I don't understand, why throughout the movie Sonic and Eggman have the modern design but in the credits they appear with the classic? And in the original Sonic 1 and as far as I know that game was for mega drive not for Arcade
That makes no sense, just because Sonic the fighters is 3D it doesn't mean he should look like his modern self! He didn't get the longer legs and green eyes until he went onto the dreamcast!
Kind of hate that Eggman didn’t actually get a voice voice, I would’ve loved to hear him rather than just the peak line of “If you die outside your own game-“
Bro I see sonic the hedgehog everywhere I see him at Walmart target. GameStop five below every single store I see is sonic the hedgehog sonic is always there including wreck it Ralph
This movie was production before Sonic Generations was released by the time that Sonic Generations was released they already finished the Sonic and Eggman models
Looking back at this i wonder: why were there any Sonic-Related things in a movie themed around arcade games and other digital video gamey things. Sonic doesnt even have an iconic arcade game. If youre talking about a Sonic The Hedgehog Arcade Game, youre either referring to Segasonic The Hedgehog, or nothing at all. Sonic mainly has a bunch of home or handheld console games so i dont know whats the point of including sonic unless youre making him come from Segasonic The Hedgehog
We hope there will be new (outer-media) remake 'Sonic the Hedgehog' movies and TV Series by production of Walt Disney/Pixar Animation Studio in the long-term future. It's because cameo 'Sonic the hedgehog' was in 'Wreck-It-Ralph 1~2' Walt Disney Animatin Studio movies. If these movies and TV Series are truly released in the far future, there will be a lot of cameo animal (3D version) characters from Mickey Mouse Series, Winnie the Pooh Series, Zootopia Series, etc.
