For those who can’t read japanese: Q1: How do you feel about being in NJPW for the first time in 20 years? Q2: Could you tell us about LA Dojo back then? Q3: Do you think Okada can be like Antonio Inoki? Q4: What does “fighting spirit” and “strong style” mean to you? Q5: It was Okada's debut match, do you remember? I competed in the same tournament as Okada in Mexico in 2004. Q6: What did you think of NJPW and Okada? You said that you had been following NJPW for the past 12 years. Q7: A word to Okada

" You can take away my arm, you can take away my eye and I'm still better than 99.9 % of the wrestler on planet earth ". Obviously Danielson means kayfabe wise but in reality this statement is still true.

I remember watching Danielson in his first run in NJPW and then his great stuff in Noah. Never saw him wrestle again until he left the WWE. Glad he gets to wrestler in New Japan again before he retires

I got a chance to watch NJPW Windy City Riot in '22 live and it was the best wrestling show I've ever seen. It made me appreciate pro wrestling and dislike "sports entertainment".

Bryan is what wrestlers should strive to be. Hell, I can even say Phil probably wanted to be like Bryan even though he came first.

Imagine thinking Bryan Danielson ain't the fuckin GOAT. Danielson is a first ballot HOFer, absolute icon. Glad he's able to come back to New Japan through this working relationship with AEW.

His run was so amazing, from the tag stuff to matches like the Tiger Mask IV singles match where he truly showed himself to be a spiritual heir of Dynamite Kid and Pegasus Kid, and the memories are intensified for me because I was a young dude watching it all near live on IWTV in an era before streaming. I never realized they stopped booking him when he was still available, though.

I'm so hyped for this match. This is the main event to me, even though I'm a huge Naito/Sanada mark.

I remember watching Ring of Honor DVDs of Bryan Danielson back in '06 and I knew that he was the best wrestler in the world. That promo made me feel like I was watching a grizzled and battle hardened American Dragon promo. He's the reason I want to watch WK18.
