The amount of effort Gervon clearly put in over the off season is incredible. Dude will have no regrets, regardless of what happens the next few years. But I’m buying big GD having the good season he earned. Good for him.
"Last year I won 1 on 1s through my athleticism, this year I'm going to win 1 on 1s through my knowledge". That isn't exactly what Dexter said, but it's pretty damn close. Besides Caleb, Dexter is the biggest X-Factor for this team, and may mean the difference between us and the playoffs. If he really is doing what he says he is, I am damm excited to watch him play.
Billings was a great pickup by the bears. But the way he speaks/thinks makes me think he’s going to make more money as a coach than he even did as a player. And that’s a compliment. Not many men have the athleticism to be a professional athlete and the intellect to coach them.
If big GD has a breakout year we might not be talking about how bad this D Line is at the end of the year. He looks to be in crazy shape and he sounds sharp mentally as well. I’m hoping he can be what Akeim Hicks used to be for us

Maybe the Oline can get the Mahomes effect and the NFL will cheat for us by allowing offensive holdings when Caleb escapes the pocket. About time we get some love from the NFL
