WRIGHT STANDER CASTER WHEEL BEARING REPLACEMENT

My stander I is starting to hit bumps hard. I’m thinking either the front wheels are worn and they are lower than normal so that’s why it’s possibly hitting them harder. Do you think that’s the issue or would faulty bearings be the cause? It’s only 3 years old so both imo shouldn’t be the issue but it’s becoming uncomfortable to ride. Any insight would be appreciated.
