@@LyingSecret the first 2 were next to eachother and the last was a different question. The fact this guy managed to get through 3 times in one go is hilarious though because they get vetted before so this guy has presented to be 3 different people completely and won each time haha

He hears the caller say "Shannon Goodman..." and lets him finish the sentence. Wright is either incredibily slow or incredibly optimistic that it'll be a polite Shannon Goodman call. Or he's encouraging it...
It's just mind boggling as to how Channel 5 never worked out that a mere 10 second delay to air would have 100% cured the problem. I don't understand why any TV show would risk going completely live, especially one like this which puts the output in the hands of the public. It's bound to happen. I don't even think it was the same bloke ringing all the time, it seems like it just became a meme which several people decided to take the baton and troll the show with.
I wish to complain. The bbc is not doing enough to stop these abusive and rude calls. I’m absolutely horrified that these people would use such foul language. I’m too upset.
