Wrigley's Spearmint Gum - "The Way It Says Hello" with Dana Plato (Commercial, 1978) 

Here's another commercial for Wrigley's Spearmint Gum in which the jingle says the product says "Hello."
Included in this ad are three teens washing cars (including Dana Plato of 'Diff'rent Strokes' fame), a guy and a boy playing with a basketball (kid looks a little like Meeno Peluce but he would have been a lot younger here), and some folks at the beach as well as teens at a carnival.
