@@theheroboy1 well if you are going to wear gloves on them it doesnt work but if you will wear wraps only then make sure you put them tight or else they will probably come out in the middle of the game
I am not convinced because if you're going to wrap that tape like a compression bandage then it really ought to be from joint to joint. Also, why are you using this in training it doesn't allow your muscles to grow, uf fact it reduces muscle mass. The risk is of course you can get a blood clot. Perhaps I am over thinking things. From a nursing aspect I would advise this.
Because it is not for muscles, it is to not damage wrist and fingers articulations, there are specific exercises to strengthen them that have nothing to do with the work on field, but while goalkeeping you need to protect them.
