In this video I have shared a Hapkido wrist technique basic # 2 transform into BJJ, Judo, MMA & wrestling situation to use and control the aggressive opponent.
I honestly think that this technique is a very useful item for the law enforcement officers or even for civilians when they have a close range wrestle situation against violent individuals.
Please know that I don’t do this for nothing, but sharing my shallow knowledge and experience through my entire martial arts life, so I hope that my small contribution would spark a positive factor for those who serve for our society as well as general citizens.
