You shouldn't worry too much when you crack your fingers since it's just air bubbles. Biting your hand tho... Before you add a gauze, you should properly sterilize your hand(or fist, I suppose?) and put cotton and medical tape around the wound. Just a friendly advice. I also bite my hand, specifically my knuckles when I get too nervous about something. Hope this helps! ☺
Managed to lose the wrist brace I’ve had for years the day I shut the car door on my hand, screwing up my wrist and a few knuckles, but ace bandage and this video to the rescue!
Modified it a bit nd put way more on the wrist area, needed to make it harder to move. It seems to be working fine for now and I'm wearing it 2nd day in a row only taking it off for 10-20 minutes every couple hours and putting it back on.
so... i fell off my skateboard while going downhill and fucked my wrist up, skinned part of my forearm, have a giant bruise on the side of my thigh, and i may have hit my head too...
can this be used for your knuckles my knuckles are shattered everytime i move my middle finger i can feel some kind of tingling sensation like my bone is moving around
