What a mish-mash of characters. Marilyn Manson on vocals, Coal Chamber on bass, "I stand for the flag" on guitar and some random lunatic from the methadone clinic on drums. You guys fucking RIP. Riffs are unreal and you pull off dancey 2 step slams beautifully which is nearly impossible. Found myself making the "I smell shit" face back to back to back. Probably gonna listen to this until I bang my head off the steering wheel and flip my car.
That was the first band that popped into my head, especially when I saw the bassist. The vocalist reminds me a bit of Marylyn Manson. But similarities aside, they each rock their own aesthetic really hard which helps make this a solid and riveting band imo.
@@uksubversion I love Brat but they are infinitely more derivative than WMR lol, they're relatively copy/paste powerviolence aside from the pop samples bookending songs. WMR are blending early 00's metalcore and nu metal in a not ENTIRELY new but far more original way than just Playing Powerviolence Songs
