Of course! Why would you make a world if you didn't want to get lost in it? It's fun to look at the map of my world, trace my finger along the roads, and think of all the places there I have yet to discover.
Really enjoyed this; your advice is great. Much more useful than some I've seen. There's room for all sorts of stories in it rather than just one or two kinds.
Here we can also find a way to show the world in the style of prose you use. Think of the fairytale like prose of the Hobbit. When writing the words you use do matter, no less in describing the world.
I agree. Since every culture has its own way of speaking and writing, how we tell a story can mimic the culture of our created world. Stories can seem to come out of that world along with being about that world.
