You could take from other content creators from other niche's.. i come from photo/video so i was always addicted to those "whats in my bag" videos. That could be one example. For airsoft it would be cool to see how u pack for cqb pub days, outdoor pub days, tournament days, all can be its own video. I dont see many people showing how they bring what they bring and even the bag/luggage/duffel itself. Definitely think it brings value and you could say its a trendy overused thing from other niches but for this everyone is different so it adds a unique and personal side of it and brings value in its own way
"What's in my gear bag"/"what I pack for X" videos are always fun for gear rats like myself. +1 to gear videos. and i feel like you can mix it up like you said What i pack for tournaments What i pack for rec/pub play What I pack for summer games What i pack for winter games etc.

You could do videos for newer players or unexperienced players: like tips, tricks, tactics and such. I tried making this type of video a long time ago, but I am terrible on camera and have since deleted them. Tech videos are easy for me to pump out, but I build customs for a local shop with unlimited resources and am always tinkering and starting personal projects; so I basically have unlimited content that just happens regardless. You could do build overviews like deemoe or odb on just whatever your current primary is as well as whatever gear you currently use. You could do unbiased actual field/arena reviews, but you would have to be able to travel all over the place. If you need a podcast guest, I would probably be able to, but I'm terrible at talking and am unwilling to show my face. That's about all I got for suggestions.
Maybe reviewing tournament streams/ highlight matches from a tactical perspective. I feel noone is doing that really and spreading a bigger understanding of the competition could be helpful to get more player to it. I mean there are enough quality streams of tournaments out there and more to come.
