Sorry to hear you were ill and lost a week. I was mostly unwell most of week nothing serious as Covid19. I feel congested with sore throat and cough plus muscle pain. Today, I feel well enough to finish and submit my assignment. My body goes into sleep mode when not well and only take liquid food like soup. So strawberries and cherry tomatoes can help with congestion. So far I'm trying lemongrass and ginger tea and super berries tea to see if will make a difference. Trouble is in daytime it's very warm but at night fall below 5 degress Celsius. Next weeek, gonna lot colder with snow? Nice to you another journalling video it brings sunshine to my day. One good thing is I get to see golden sunset in the evening.

Do you know why i are you making journal even you are ill because it is the thing choosen by you so you don't feel burden in doing it ,it is like a relaxing therapy for you as i think. I'm sorry for you get sick, but I am happy 'cause you've got healthy again! I've got covid in march '21 and it was very hard. I am older then you and I've got some days in a uruguayan hospital for it. But I learned too much about the importance of my little rituals of free time and about do not let me dominate for stress. It was hard, but a good lesson, at least. I hope you're ok and better and better. I'm living in Brazil again and keep following your videos. A big virtual hug plenty of beautiful colors!

아라님 안녕하세요! 커뮤니티 글을 보고서 정말 깜짝 놀랐던 기억이 납니다. 걱정이 되었던 한편, 근 2주만에 뵈니 눈치도 없이 반가운 마음이 들어요. 이제는 괜찮아지셨다니 정말 정말로 다행입니다🥺🥺 한창 코로나가 유행하던 때 칩거하듯 외출을 자제하던 때 생각이 나 '산책을 잃었다'는 표현이 공감이 됩니다. 집에 있는걸 좋아하는데도 외출금지가 강제되었다는 생각이 드니 정말로 답답했었거든요. 에구... 어서 건강해지셔서 아이스커피도 드실 수 있었으면 좋겠어요ㅠㅠ 봄이 한층 가까워져서인지 햇빛이 따스하고 바람이 산들산들해서 이제 아이스커피를 마셔도 몸이 서늘하지 않더라고요. 햇빛이 참 좋은데 여름이 다가오기 전 카페탐방을 가실 수 있길 바라요😭😭 겨울은 또또 지고 새 봄이 피어나는데 코로나는 질 생각을 안 하니 속상한 마음입니다. +)저는 대면으로 진행되는 몇 가지 수업 덕분에 2년여만에 캠퍼스 생활을 돌려받게 되었어요. 아직 조심스러운 부분이 많기도 하고, 이전의 캠퍼스와 꼭 같은 모습은 아니지만, 산세를 그대로 담은 캠퍼스를 등산하듯 거닐고 나니 이제야 비로소 대학생이라는 것이 실감이 났던 것 같아요. 공강시간에 학교 도서관의 창가 자리에 앉아 봄볕 봄바람을 쐬는걸 소소한 행복으로 즐기고 있어요. 봄이 모조리 저물기 전에 아라님께서도 이 계절을 즐길 수 있게 되셨으면 합니다. 건강하셔야 해요!😢

윤서님~ 안녕하세요! 잘 지내고 계시죠? 저도 넘 반갑습니다, 보고 싶었어요오😭💕 전 차츰 괜찮아져서 어제부터는 기침 빼고 컨디션이 거의 돌아온 것 같아요 :) 그래서 커피도 이제 마시고 있답니다, 윤서님 말씀대로 아이스커피를 마셔도 몸이 서늘해지지 않아서 좋아요 >.< 오늘은 저녁 즈음 산책도 한 시간 하고 왔어요~ 봄 햇살 받으며 걷기만 해도 얼마나 좋던지요. 이래서 건강해야하는구나 다시금 깨달았답니다 ㅎㅎ 캠퍼스 생활을 다시 시작하셨다니 저도 넘 기뻐요!😍👏 2년여만이라... 안타깝지만 조금이라도 캠퍼스를 거닐고 대면수업을 받고 동기분들과 마주하신단 생각에 저도 설렙니다. 특히 봄학기는 더 그런 것 같아요~ 졸업한지 한참 되었지만 대학생 때의 그 느낌은 평생 기억되어서 '그때 어땠더라...'라고 곱씹을 필요도 없이 바로 떠올라요! 윤서님의 캠퍼스 생활을 응원합니다, 즐겁고 활기차게 학기 보내시기 바라요☺💞 저도 제 일상을 잘 영위할 수 있도록 노력할게요~! 이번주도 화이팅입니다!

얼마나 고생하셨을까요?ㅜ 저도 격리기간동안 커피를 못마시는게 너무너무 ㅋㅋ 슬펐어요ㅎ 격리해제 되도 기본 2주~4주간은 증상이 지속될거라고 의사샘이 말씀하시더라구요. 그러니 천천히 회복되도 마음 편히 치유하셔요☺️ 저는 해제 후 2주 정도 지났는데 거의 다 나았어요👍🏻 아라님은 아파도 다꾸가 예술이고…아픔을 예술로 승화시키셨..🤭❤️

세상에, 초자아님도 격리기간 가지셨군요ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 제가 걸려보기 전까진 확진받은 분들의 심정을 어렴풋이 짐작밖에 못했는데 이제는 완전 이해가 돼요😭 해제 후 2주 정도는 있어야 좀 나아지나보네요~ 저도 아직은 목이랑 코가 감기처럼 남아있어요. 얼른 낫기 위해서 잘 먹고 운동도 하고 노력해야겠어요ㅎㅎ 언제나 좋은 말씀 써주셔서 넘 감사합니다! 초자아님도 완벽히 회복하시구 앞으로는 더 건강하시기 바라요💕💕좋은 일요일 저녁 되세요 >.

저도 3월에 코로나 걸려 많이 아프고 나서도 후유증에 고생하고 이제 조금 괜찮아졌어요. 일상의 루틴이 아직 제자리 안 오는데 많이 게을러진것 같아요. 아라님은 그래도 다시 기운 내시고 일상으로 돌아오신것 같아 다행이에요~ 건강하세요
