Writing a Pop Ballad from Scratch in the style of Adele. In this tutorial, KARRA and Reid Stefan use FL Studio 21 to record and write a pop song. Reid teaches you how to set up a vocal template with Autotune and Stock Image-Line Plugins. FL Studio is amazing! The Edison plugin alone is a world of its own and creating beat patterns is a breeze and I think FL has one of the best piano roll editing. However, when it comes to the niddy griddy workflow of vocal comping and editing, FL Studio is still a bit behind compared to other Daws. You just have to know the strengths and weakness of each tool and use them to your advantage. Don't fall in love with anything, always adapt and experiment. Between Ableton and FL im set.

Seeing you come up with lyricless melodies on the fly like this is so fascinating, I do the same thing but always rush to write lyrics to legitimise them. But this is actually a great process, thank you for sharing.
