if you turned your photocard flat lays into images with frames on canva you could add your book covers and make the same style flat lays with your books!

I'm also a night owl whose sleep schedule has recently changed. I'm starting to think a lot of my late night creativity is actually accessible first thing in the morning too, but the problem is making myself sit down and work first thing is a new concept. (Edit: At least on Big Brain tasks. I usually want to do easy admin work in the morning, but it isn't always what's best.)

Have you consider using your old shed as office? Put a desk in their and force you to get up and out, and then you have dedicated work space separate from your home

I work from home and for myself too and used to feel such shame about my naps! BUT, I have embraced it and just accept it as almost like a mental transition and a way to give my brain a rest. It used to be my commute time would be where I’d take a mental break but now it’s the nap!

I'm sorry to hear your Grandmother had a stroke Sarah, well wishes will be sent to you and your family 🌟Also for yogurt have you ever tried Yoplait yogurt? Or the So Delicious brand of yogurt? So Delicious is a coconut based yogurt and it's pretty good if you want a change of pace. But the consistency is a little different from dairy based yogurt, but they have great flavors to try! And Yoplait has "light calorie" versions if you're into that too, and a lot of flavors as well! 🌟
