if you wanna improvise, learn to follow the chord changes. context is always key, meaning backing is key. the backing is always the context, you should be mindful of it. scales are only noodling kung hindi mo babagayan ang backing. learn the most standard licks. baon lang. actually yun nga lang yung kailangan mo madalas e. start with the most standard pentatonic blues licks. then pag may library ka na na nasa puso mo, pwede ka na magbaon ng mga kakaibang licks na favorite ng mga favorite mong gitarista. learn intervals. very important. you will want to learn the relationship of each note of a scale to its root. learn the 1 3 5, basically how to build basic chords. from there you can expand to learning other more complex chords once you have a deep understanding of intervals. ako sa totoo lang hindi ko kabisado ang mga chord names. just give me the definition and i can build those chords on the spot because of my understanding of intervals. you will understand target notes better if you have a good understanding of intervals. learn every guitar part of different songs, kahit gaano kasimple pa. bakit? kasi matututo ka ng melody pag inaral mo every guitar part of a song which helps so much with improvising na hindi tunog scale practice. dito ka mahahasa na para ka lang talagang kumakanta pag nag iimprovise ka ng guitar solo because you pick up ideas as you learn guitar parts from famous songs.
Kailangan mong pumreno,. Kasi yan yung nasa isip ng nag iimprovise kailangan meron akong mailabas🤣 legit tong part na to.. nangyayari to sakin pag on d spot ang solo.. walang preno kaya ang resulta error🤣 yung phrasing at target notes minsan nakaka taranta pano magsasakto kaya dapat talasan din ang pakiramdam,. At yun nga PUMRENO para iwas aksidente🥰
Iba talaga kapag nag guiguitar ng deep deep sa puso mahahalata mo yung emotion expresion..parang sa church baga yung mga leadguitar hindi lang tumutugtug nilalagyan ng love how to express your love to worship.
Isa din po sa natutunan as beginner. Kahit mali yung napindot mong tono.. bigyan mo siya ng kwento hanggang mag tunog tama the beat and rhythm.. freedom kumbaga
Lupit makipag guitar communication at maglarawan ng meaning of music background😍😍😍😍
@@kevinremon3261 halimbawa gusto mong matutong mag-bike.
I can definitely say that I'm student A, been playing guitar for decades and doing solo covers and with the experience I can Improvise just by ear, I don't know anything about music theory but I have may ears to do the work. Thank you Pax and Sir Mark! A very informative video from 2 of the most well known guitar players/teacher in the Philippines!
Mark is a great teacher. I learned a couple of valuable things from this video alone. He seems like a humble guy as well. Thank you for uploading this, Pax.
kaya pala may mga tao talaga na nagbabayad sa mga gitarista para magpaturo, compared sa yt tut, sobrang daming natututunan. thank you kuya pax for bringing this teacher to us❤❤
Totoo yan Mark at Pax. Bilang isang guitarist sa cruiseship, ilang puyat din ang nagawa ko bago maging confident mag improvise in any key. But I started as a beginner. So dontbe discouraged pag madami mali
LUFET! ng payo mabilis unawin yung question and answer gets aGAD!!! more power LODI! Pax and Mark more PAwer!!! napaka humble din nung nag tuturo! oh yan normal mag kamali pero keep on progressing...
Thanks kuya pax🎉 and sir mark. And dami kong natutunan. ❤
Mas nasagot ngayon halos lahat ng curiousity ko in terms of improvising. I'm a self-thought guitarist for a decade now, didn't undergo guitar teaching 101 with a legit guitar teacher. But I'm learning to improvise my own solo, trying to imitate the sound that pro guitarists play. And then, discovered the same theories katulad ng "question and answer". Pansin ko lang yan pag nag seself jam ako or nag cocover ako ng kanta, may mga certain "phrases" or patterns sa isang solo na may difference sa chord na naririnig ko sa rhythm and then suddenly changes sa phrase na halos katono ng chord ng rhythm. Sabi ko, para siyang nag kukwento or nakikipag usap sayo.(Naging theory ko siya) Una kong napansin yan nung nanonood ako ng mga videos online, wherein pro guitarists are jamming together, playing along the rhythm but they're like talking to each other but, they're using guitar. Now the only thing that I need to do is learn more on how to enhance it. Eto na siguro yung video na makakatulong na mas mapalawak pa yung kaalaman at creativity ko in improvising. This will really help me once na nakipag jam ako sa mga banda. Thank you Sir Pax and kay Sir Mark, continue to inspire us the younger generation of guitarists!
Thank you sa advise Sir Mark and Thank you sa bagong upload sir Pax, very informative and opening up a new idea for me. My takeaways, is to listen which line is Question and which is the answer. Like what sir Mark said, Patience really paid off to learn new idea about Improvistion. Rock on and Tugtog lang Tayo Sir Pax.
