Drove through the notorious Kostern Durban road, one place I wish not to ever drive again, no one follows the road rules here, people park in the middle of the road and chat as if there is no other traffic on the road, like what you see at the first traffic light intersection in this video, the driving here is bad no one cares here, you will be extremely lucky to drive through this road without an accident, incidents or a scratch on your car…avoid this area during pick hours, it’s not safe here. I also had the privilege to drive through Schauderville a place where I had promised myself never to set foot or drive in my life. Crime is very high here, The rate of crime is round about 67.78% per 1000 residents in 2021. You have a 1 in 15 chance of becoming a victim of crime.
