@@TJ24291 Abe chaman chutiye, kabhi padhai bhi kar liya hota to rules and regulation pta hota bank transaction ka but nhi, aand ke na gaand ke gyan chodenge bhramand ke.
The most a bank can do in this situation is to arrange some communication between the users that's it and a customer has literally filed a court case on an SBI bank for holding some money based on a wrongful transaction compliant neither you nor this youtuber know what's happens behind the scenes and what the rules and risk associated with it he is just explaining an hypothetical situation like a movie You don't even need the bank you can just call the payyee as most of peer to peer transactions happen with mobile number you come to bank only if the payyee isn't responding or refused so the bank can do negligible for your carelessness
Thumb rule. Never manually type the recipient’s UPI id. Instead ask him to text / whatsapp you, and then copy-paste it from there to your payment app, that way you’re always safe from your side.
SBI BANK pekar hai 1. they ignore your compliant 2. they ignore your request for cash deposit/withdraw error 3. many times there server is down 4. And there Lunch is endless never finish 😅😅
Best way is to use QR code but for that UPI application should be enabled for picking up QR code from gallery alternately ask the person to whom you want to pay send a request which you can use to send the money.
In Australia, if you're sending it to a new account. Bank automatically places it on hold for 24 hours so you can cancel or reverse the transaction in case you transferred it to the wrong person. I think this should be implemented in India as well.
Moral of the story: never do such big transactions through UPI Do bank transfer where it confirms the name Bank account numbers are not like UPI where 1 digit changes you mess up, the transaction will fail.
QR can be problematic sometimes. I work in in a fitness centre. Previously a person did QR Scan. And he didn't even confirmed details. Just sent that amount. But that money went into some other account. I saw and said sir you may had a incomplete transaction on page so some other account details came
Without consent aap debit nahi kara sakte. Agar aapke transaction by mistake prove hota hai and recipient party approve nahi karti and use kr leti hai paisa to uske account TOD maar ke uspe debit kar lete hai
Bhai itna easy nhi hota.mujhse bhi ek 20000 Ka amount worng a/c no pe send ho gya tha.but complant krne ke baad bhi bank ne koi help nhi ki or 2 din tak mujhe preshaan krte rhe or koi result bhi nhi nikla.phir mene apne terms use kiye or finally mujhe us bande ka contact no mila jiske a/c mai amount transfer hua tha or mene usse phone pe baat krke apna amount return liya thang god ki wo banda honest tha. Boss ek tip du..... Jab terms kaam krte hai tab rules khatam ho kate hai.
You can easily verify the account holder details in the app itself before sending such a huge Amount...or you can just verify with the person you're sending it to
And one should always be more Alert while doing online transactions double check with the details before pressing the button this time you might be lucky but it doesn't like to be tested all the time 🙏🏻
Also, 24 hrs is the TAT after every step in the process is done. You should have spoken how much time and efforts you put submit all the documents you mentioned and wait time in the entire process. That’s the actual time one would need to get back their money. Also they need to be lucky every time they make such mistake, that the person who has received the money has not withdrawn it or purchased gold or silver online. 😂 but thanks for sharing the process. 🙏🏼👏🏼👍🏼✌🏼
No need for that no one can debit your account without your consent the previous transaction has nothing to do with debiting your account A bank account can only be kept on hold either by government order or by court order they can't keep the account in hold based on another bank request this guy know nothing
Ye same problem Maine bhi face ki but vo kisi or ne mistake ki thi unhone account number me 1 digit wrong kar diya or paise kisi or ke account me chale gye or jis customer ke account me gya tha vo same mere bank ki hi customer thi per vo advocate thi to unhone return krne se mna kar diya or apne advocate hone ka power dikha kar bola ki vo unki galati nhi h to vo nhi dengi per bahot se process ke bad finally 1 month ke bad unhe paise return krne pde or sath me compensation bhi
Iska solution hai system foolproof karna . UPI ID ke saath saath parity number hona chahiye, jaise client ka registered mobile number ke last 4 digits . Agar dono match hote hai toh transaction hona chahiye. Agar banking system me aisa modification karte hai toh aisa lafda nahi hoga.
Sahi hai apka, mere last month 30000 kisi galat merchant account me chale gye 12 din apne home branch n receiver bank k chakkar kare aur kuch mila bhi nhi wapis. So i used cash only. No solution RBI me complaint ka bhi koi jbaab nhi aata
lekin sir mene vi same process ki aur mera request Deny hogaya, mere bank ne bola ki account holder ke permission ke bina money reverse nehi ho sakta. 66900 Rs. ka transaction tha mera.
Mere Saath bhi ek baar aisa hua tha drnk ke nashe me ek shop par payment 250 ke jagah 2500 chale gaye the pr thank God fr mil gaye thoda time laga pr mil gaye
Bhai isme us ki kya galti hai jiske account ko hold par daal diya Mera account block bata raha hai isi wajah se ab bol rahe hai ke police ke chakaar lagao aor unse noc le kar aao isi me phas ke rah gaya hu
Mera to isse bhi bada case tha. Maine 25000 ek galat account me dala aur Vo account pahle se hi 35000 minus me thi. Iss situation me Bank valo ne paise dene se mana kar diya tha complaint karne ka wavjud bhi. Maine give up kar diya tha fir meri ek friend ne mujhe RBI Ombudsman pe complaint karne ko bola and by god, it worked. Paise vapis aa gaye mere. 25000 bada amount hota hai bhai
The same incident happened to me. I received 25k via UPI my bank account from an unknown person. After a month I received a call from my bank to return the money. Then the bank took my consent to withdraw and returned the money to the original holder
Aapka luck acha tha ki usne mandate par sign kar diya nahi to apko 01 rs bhi bank nahi deti and bank bhi uska kuch nahi kar sakti kyunki galti us bande ki nahi apki thi.
The bank doesnt have the right to put hold on the payyee's account the thing you mentioned is a hypothetical scenario and the chances of happening it are near to nothing
There is also a process where you have to give indemnity bond cum letter where your bank indemnifies the other bank about any loss ,then they will reverse the amount where no need of any consent from the account holder
Always sent just 1 rupees to any accounts via UPI transactions to confirm the beneficiary information and then we have to transfer balance payment in 4 part for safety purposes
Mere saath similar thing hui thi but jiske account me gya tha usko bank me bulaya tha uske na wo bank aaya na mere paise 😭😭 Bank walo ne bhi haath khade ke diye
You were lucky.. Generally banks just refuse to help they will ask you to write an application then bas woh pada rahega..aur aap chakkar lagate rahenge
I waited for more than 6months for my money to come back, My money was on hold and not coming back to my account. Then I raised a complaint for RBI and job done with in 30 days.... Thank to RBI
Bank of Baroda Is worst in this case . I accidently transfered 10,000 to smeone else account via internet banking . I wrote an application to branch manager and he mailed that to the regional head office. The regional head office replied that they can't do much and you have to reach to the beneficiary by yourself and one more sad part is that the Branch manager didn't even bothered to inform me that he received a mail from the regional Head office.
I’ve also done the mistake by same by transferring Rs 50000. I’ve immediately went to my bank and raised a UPI chargeback to beneficiary bank . Within 60 days I’ve got my money back as per Npci guidelines . Thankfully wrong account holder given the consent letter also . Its all about patience and learning from mistakes 🙂
