Wrong way of Giving Feedback 

I've been on the receiving end of this type of thing. Even though it didn't include anyone other than my boss and me, the conversation was basically the same. Statements like "Everyone is saying that you're not easy to work with, etc." I asked for specifics and got a blank stare.
