This is the id after Univision Television Group,bought the station to Jerry Hartman. The Id package was on the air for mire than 18 years. it was made in Atlanta, Ga. by TV by Design.. WSTE was the first television station in any state or territory of the United States to be granted a experimental license to allow 4 television transmitters to broadcast on the same channel (7)
The "state' anthem of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, originally written by Lola Rodríguez de Tió as a "revolutionary" anthem by defenders of Puertorrican independence from Spain in the late 1800's. Later on (in the early 1950's) it was rewritten by Braulio Dueño Colón (IIRC) for use as the official anthem of the newly esablished (1952) government scheme PR still uses today in 2011... The SSB clip used has the old flag of Georgia (with the prominent Confederate flag), and probably was seen on WSTE after the flag was replaced (twice).
Wait... I do remember the dual anthem released by the National Guard of Puerto Rico, but since when the US anthem was displaying Spanish subs when that wasn't happening at at all? What did I missed? (Yes, a Puerto Rican is writing this!)
