Great stuff, I knew Karl when he worked at Way Ahead, an unlikely oasis in Brum given its setting! Helped feed my passion for interesting bands, which still burns strong today.
I met Karl a couple of times in Paris, such a nice and open guy to chat with. Doesn’t really do social media so this is an interesting insight. Keep up the good music!
In elementary school, there was a time(or maybe still is) when you were courageus if you would wear wide FUBU trousers. I went and bought one pair, never wore them..so i remember the times when it was all about the pants, later came mobile phones and it took of.
