Found the Formula drift fan.. Japanese/Australian competitive drifting is not the same as US drifting, quite different actually. As the chase driver your only job is to keep up with the lead car, proximity/aggression is valued far more than matching angle, which is why people find D1 much more exciting than FD

Agreed, Nakamuras pool was pretty weak (first 3 battles). It's a shame it was wet for the higher quality battles at the end.
