Your correct ! Each state and territory in Australia have road worthy requirements that every vehicle must be comply with pass an inspection before you register them ! Also a good sense of self Preservation excists !

That is a real Formula Vee race car. The SCCA ran these and Super Vee's,real single seat road race cars that used all Volkswagon parts. These cars got a lot of drivers they're start in racing for a minimal amount of money. That car looks complete and would make a great track day car .
4:32 The old Formula V car is pretty cool, no WTF there, I don't know if $8k is low or high, but I would just about bet you would get at least that much fun out of it.
The stretched orange VW has a Honda Gold Wing intake and carb set up on the hood.He could probably get about 100.00 for that on evilbay I would start there.

I lived in outback Australia For 20 years ! And cobbled together some pretty rough vehicles ! However none of mine looked like any of those basturdised pieces of shit ! In what universe do those builders reside in ? I hope I never go there !

You know what kinda always grinds my gears? Firstly let me say that I’m in Australia and perhaps our system is more secure than in the US, but why the fuck do people blur out number plates? Here’s my logic. You’re advertising it on Facebook marketplace. 90% of the time using your actual name. 50% of Facebook users would have photos of their actual house frontage, or their place of work, or the school their kids go to, or of something happening in their town. So if it’s a security thing, well, fail because I’m on the other side of the world and I can probably get the town you live in figured out in a few minutes, give me half a day and I’ll figure out the address, but the thing is, if you’re doing it for security or whatever, how do you plan on selling it. Hey, are you selling the Pacer? Yep. Cool, what’s your address? So what is the point! I sold my bullbar off my ute on Facebook and my wife messaged me to say take the number plate off (don’t blame her, her mother is behind it). I’m like why! My name is on Facebook, they’re personal plates, all they’ll find out is my birthday is either 9/1 or 1/9 and big deal if they do, and if they search my plate they’ll only see the car isn’t registered because I bought a new one, and the dude that bought it picked it up from my house so I really have no clue, with the exception of the car having personal or private/antique plates on it that aren’t being sold with the car, why blur out number plates?
People here do it for privacy and maybe a false since of security .. as people can just go find where they live fairly easy. But I do block information like that in my videos because it's not mine to give. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching and commenting.
@@MOTORHEADMISFITS-zk9su Yeah, that’s a good idea for you to do it. So in the US you can find a home address off the number plate? That’s crazy. In Aus it will only tell you who the insurer is and the make and model of the vehicle, and if it has registration. Not even the owners name or number
Yes depending on state where it's issued.. I don't think it's as easy to get the information as it once was.. but in a crazy world who knows what someone can or would do with someone else's information. Sad to say.
