We all know that the "Steel tacks" are really made of a titanium and carbon fiber weave and is the strongest material known to man. Right next to the Bullet proof glass they use in the Elimination Chamber cells.
Yeah. Especially, beating him clean like he did. I like Owens, but my God. Maybe they're setting him up to actually getting in the championship match, winning and maybe we can have a Rollins vs Styles match at Summerslam
KO winning made perfect sense, Apollo on the other hand... AJ is well known and talented enough to be inserted into any feud or title scene, Apollo is a NXT newcomer who needs high profile wins.
Why would WWE ever try to go through with a Rollins heel turn after the huge over pops he got. Especially when he's gonna be feuding with Roman Lames who the fans don't like.
And fucking hell why would Chris Jericho who is forty fucking five in his midlife crisis be booked in a VERY physically demanding ladder match over the 27 year old Apollo Crews who is over as hell and very athletic and full of talent.
+Dawoud Matti Better, more over wrestling than Chris Jericho, thumbtacks or not. People naturally like the style of wrestling that Apollo executes and the botches are down to low in-ring chemistry between Jericho and Crews (which is to be expected, it's probably their first time in the ring together) not necessarily to lack of skill from either man. Apollo has massive potential and the style he executes, high flying mixed with massive strength, is something fans eat up.
Right, see here is the issue here. Crews is indeed pretty damn entertaining in the ring, no question about that. The problem that people have with him, however, is a simple one. WWE hasn't actually invested anything into making us care about him. Seriously, what has he done since he came to the Main Roster? Said nothing important and beat a bunch of people that were already massive losers to begin with. Debut match was against Tyler Breeze. had a match against one of the social outcasts. Had a mini feud against Stardust. And the smiling. I saw his entrance and immediately asked what the hell he has to smile about. This was a guy that got attacked a bit before he came out for his match and here he is smiling like always. Who is Apollo Crews? This is a question the WWE has failed to answer for the main roster crowd. Hell, I damn near forgot that he was on the roster because nothing has been done with him since he came up.
Should've included KOs sarcastic clapping after catching himself on the ropes before Styles could connect the dropkick. That was something straight of PWG.
Apollo was viciously attacked by Sheamus before the match with Jericho and he didn't even sell any of it when in the ring. That should have been a WTF MOOMAAANNTTT!
im sitting there like this is cool but i liked the lion intro better and then big ross scared little ross away and i couldnt help but laugh. love these intros
I knew you'd catch that Servant sign Baron Corbin should wrestle for a right to ditch those damn pants. Best Roman Reigns appearance on RAW EVERRRRRRRRRRRR.
I feel like Chris Jericho should try to train Apollo Crews in Mic skills so Apollo can get some more character in him. Apollo, if trained right can be the first Black Wwe world heavyweight Champion
No they wouldn't. The crowd turned on Reigns because of him not getting a character and being pushed too fast not cause he is face. Rollins is over with the crowd so he can become face. Just like it took a heel New Day to be liked enough to become face.
DZlegend May I remind you that Reigns wasn't even face to start with when people liked him too! And wtf is "pushed to fast"? Rollins was pushed way way faster.
+EliteTrance Champions People liked him cause he was the monster of the shield. He was a moster and thats how they should have pushed his singles career whether face or heel. Pushed too fast as in he was pushed too the moon as a face despite not being over with the fans as a face. Rollins had heel heat and was pushed with remaining a heel in mind. Need I remind you of the pop a face Reigns got for destroying Triple H after Reigns loss to Sheamus. A monster Reigns is whats needed to make him gain support. His fued with AJ he began to act like one but since he is up against AJ the fans will be against him regardless of how well he was doing. The Usos didn't help that fued either
The Uso's are annoying yes. But come on.... Ok for Rollins but not ok for Reigns? I believe the Shield were actually face towards the end and ALL 3 were massively cheered after being heels to start. so which is it?
Its just during the Shield days they had a good dynamic.People don't dislike Reigns because he is face they dislike him because Vince is in such a rush to push him down our throats that he was never given enough time to develop his own character. Dean and Seth made their characters prior to WWE so their singles careers were easy and natural to transition to. Vince has messed around with Roman so much he has rarely been natural unless he's speaking off script which even his biggest haters have said they like him better when he speaks off script.
Anyone notice that the new era, same matches thing has now spilled into money in the bank with most of the same people now in one match? Ambrose, Jericho, Zayn, Cesaro and Owens AGAIN!?
