Shocking performance, Styles particularly poor, but what the hell is Dodds thinking, waits until we go 4-0 down before he changes things and brings on a sub? The players have just checked out because the season has been written off, but Dodds, Proctor and co really need to be let go at the end of the season, the next manager needs to be able to bring in his own staff.

It's painful for fans to watch and hindering those young players developing when they're getting smashed like this a number of times within a few months. The "model" may work if we do win the playoffs last season. But from the moment Speakman decided not to sign a proper striker in the summer, the "model" will never gonna work. But who still hired him at the first place, KLD you killed our passion for this club.
Right let's dissect that shower of shite, for 5-10 minutes in the first half we looked ok but like many games this season especially since the Mowbray sacking we go a goal behind and we absolutely fall apart and that's down to the lack of experience and leadership on and off the pitch, the goals we conceded were an absolute disgrace and what really got under my skin and pissed me off all game was the fact we couldn't even do the basics, in terms of the players I'm a big Roberts fan but IMO he's been an absolute disgrace this season, he clearly wanted to leave in the summer but for whatever reason it didn't happen, Mundle is absolutely awful, I'm sorry but 2 million for that, the lad can't even pass the ball properly and won't even take his man on, I praised Neil and Ekwah against Cardiff but yesterday they were an absolute embarrassment, no positional awareness from either of them, if we want to progress and move forward as a club we need to be moving away from players like Onien, he's been a good servant but are we gonna continue playing him at CB until the day he leaves or retires, the only ones who get a bit of credit are Styles and Hume for showing a bit of fight at times and Young Rigg for the goal, apart from that everyone was an absolute disgrace, as for Dodd's he should be sacked himself, the man hasn't got a clue he waits until we go 3 nil down before he considers changes but doesn't make the subs until we go 4 nil down when we as fans could clearly see changes were needed at halftime, if Heckingbottom is the clubs first choice get him in now cos as bad as it sounds I'm still worried about being dragged into a relegation battle and speaking of relegation this lot need to go now and I'm sick of it, this season we've been an absolute embarrassment on and off the pitch, this regime and ownership have made this club and absolute laughing stock, if not this season next season if this lot are still running this club we're going back down to league one cos I guarantee they'll be no investment, it'll be more kids again, no experience and majority of player sales will go into their back pockets, sell the club now and get out u bunch of chancers, your killing the club that I love and I'm absolutely sick of it, I want people at this club who actually care and respect the fans, not people who lie and embarrass us like this lot have done countless times this season, it's time for a change now before it's to late

@@onlyfoolsandsafc wouldn't be surprised mate, like I've said unless we get a takeover I really worry about the future of the club, it's funny when u said that match reminded u of the relegation season from the championship cos I looked at the table at the end of that season and we lost 23 games that season, with 6 games to go we've lost 19 games this season, we could potentially lose more than that horrible season which just shows we're not that far from going back to those very dark days, more chancers running our club and that's the biggest problem

My take versus the Cardiff game......... we did not get a pen before they scored, Jobe needs a 2 week break after each game he plays, Dodds 4 points from 27 needs to be chased! At half time I was thanking my lucky stars I wasn't actually at the game. Being stupidly optimistic, I talked myself round in to thinking that there'd be a shuffle of players and tactics for the second half, so I put a bet on a double chance of Draw or Blackburn. And I fucking won! Easiest money I've ever got me hands on! That of course, was the only saving grace in a horrific afternoon that would take some beating in the depress the fans stakes. As nuttakit says below, they're all conspiring to destroy the love and passion we've held for SAFC all our lives. It's painful and sad. Fuck.

What boils my piss is the same mistakes are being made by the same player/s game after game and they are not learning from it. I get those young players will make mistakes but the same ones over and over again, sadly these players are young and are learning from each other, as sadly the experienced players were shipped out, as someone in their infinite wisdom decided that we don't need them? Really? how are these players meant to learn the English way of playing never mind coming into a new country and learning the culture, plus the club is asking them to perform at a higher level than they have ever played at. If Heckingbottom is the choice to fill the head coach/manager role what is there to stop him from being appointed now? Give him the time to come into the club and give him the full summer/pre-season to get his ideas over to the players, but the role will be a last-minute rush job and we will be on the back foot from the first game of the season.
Getting rid of those experienced players has cost us big time. The lack of a leader in that team is an embarrassment. Again down to KLD and Speakman and this shambles of a model. No leadership from the staff either as they have no clue either!!

I've argued if every single fan boycotted the ground for half a dozen games something would change. But the owners know this will never happen. Their silence is deafening and whrn they do communicate its carefully worded crap. I can't disagree with a single thing you've said Wayne and you echo my thoughts and fears exactly. I could quite easily and justifiably go on a rant about the issues that surround the club, players, coaches, directors and owner but I'm starting to think why should I when they appear to be totally disinterested. One more thing which really boils my piss is the players going around calling MD "DODDSY", it shows a complete lack of respect to the position he holds ( for now anyway) and if he's happy for the players to refer to him in that way then it's a clear indication of his lack of authority, imagine players at Man Utd calling their former manager "FERGIE", the crockery would still be bouncing around the dressing room accompanied by a few hair driers. The club is a shambles right now and we all know who is it's cause and the sooner it's turned around the better otherwise the attendance figures (fudged as they are) are going to take a masive nosedive next season such is the discontent.

Very passionate video I watch your videos every day and you can just feel the passion and emotion in your voice. How on earth anyone is still defending Speakman I do not know words fail me. He has failed in the last three transfer windows to bring in a proven centre forward & any experience. How tf does Speakman expect 16,17,18,19 year olds to get you into premier league you just can’t do it with inexperienced young players. The young lads do need to take responsibility and accountability I fully agree but for me they’ve being hung out to dry because there’s zero experience and leadership out on that pitch. I see Davison has left the club, Dreyfus said he left us at the next level and he was proud that he left Sunderland AFC in a much improved place or words to that effect. Apparently Dreyfuss is borrowing £20m against the clubs assets and has not said why to us supporters. It smacks of just more arrogance. Trying to keep cool David but the longer this goes on the more angry and frustrated we all get. Borrowing this money is even more worrying too. We a have gone from a game away to a playoff final to relegation material in the space of a year.
I say it again. FFP needs to be abolished. Owners should be allowed to invest as much money in their club as they want. But it NEEDS to be an investment of their own money, not a loan and not borrowed money invested. The real danger is owners driving our clubs out of existence with irresponsible debt! The other reason is that it just maintains the status quo of the big clubs. No team can invest to break into the upper echelons.
In my opinion KLD has took 20 mil loan out against the sale of Clark and Ballard they are certs to leave ,April fools day 5 1 defeat and announced 42 thousand crowd what a joke 25 thousand at most 10 thou at final whistle.

Yeah I am however it's not the owners fault and the blame is the coaching staffs fault . Why did he change the formation and team selection . Roberts gave the ball away far too much as did Ekwah . Styles is a league 1 player and should not have been considered to be at safc . The players that played on good Friday were the level we need to progress in the league . We lack consistency which comes down to motivation or the lack of it 😮

We can all point fingers but the harsh reality of it is that we have a group of players who simply have no heart or desire for our club. I genuinely am lost for words hpw Ekwah plays week in week put and I'm even more blown away that he never got took off at half time. There is no desire at all from him to get back when he loses the ball which is all of the time. Dan Niel brings absolutely nothing to the team at both ends of the pitch, o nien can't defent at all!
