Masta Killa verse here is a the best rendition of any of the Wutang covers in this show. Not only does he sound like him, but all the tonal changes and vowel pronounciations are so on point. Well done to that dude.
I was really thinking about that, like, Dave East does a EXCELLENT job as Method Man, but sometimes he just don't get on point like the og song, this actor does this perfect
Gza and Inspectah's actors are really dead on too. What's wild is that the actor for Ghostface sounds nothing like him talking, but gets into it when he's rapping.

@@darionjackson2599 stop what? I'm not hating, it's my honest opinion! I grew up listening to the Wu and know each members cadence, flow and style extremely well.. The cast of the show bar the dudes playing Ghost, GZA, ODB and maybe Dave East can't emulate these characters properly. The personalities in the Clan are big plus the heavy NYC influence is hard to portray if you're not familiar with it... Again it's an opinion you can take it or leave it..
So its safe to say UGods actor is the most acurate to the member of Wu Tang.. the man looks and sounds like UGod that's insanely fire. I want you to listen to this verse and listen to the track. Pitch for Pitch, Bar for Bar he matches it
If only they showed what really happened when it was down to Masta Killa and Killah Priest and Priest was going to get the last verse and be the 9th member but he was so stoned that he fell asleep and RZA was saying that the verses were first come first serve so Masta Killa went in killed it and Killah Priest woke up hearing the verse.
The first song I ever heard from Wutang when I was in the 1st grade. And my all time favorite. Ugod brought me into it and masta killa topped off like a cherry on a sundae

Even masta whose flow is calm but this was the track he screamed on but was still very articulate. Thats the first wu banga. One thing they need to showcase is how wu mastered their finishing line of their rhymes to complete their bard. Gza style. U hods verse was orobzbly cut. In this version it cuts iff with elpty dpace sounded incomplete

This is unwatchable. These actors suck. They didn't even bother to get their cadence down. Rza has a very specific way he speaks. Fast bursts of words with some stuttering. The actor didn't even try.
