Kids these days will never understand how deep this song acutely is And how it’s all based off of music labels 😂😂😂 GZA is one of the most underrated lyricists of all time
My favorite scene from the episode, and my favorite track from the album. And I love the hidden details; the street lamp powering the sound system setup, just like the old block parties in the BX back in the day, and INS using a milk crate to hold their weapons, just like milk crates were used to hold records back in the day. This episode might be the purest symbolism of Wu's approach to Hip-Hop culture, and a dope visualization of the Liquid Swords album.
The whole episode was fire. But this was my favorite part. I love how each episode focuses on each rapper when it comes to their album. It real deal shows their creativity and imagination and what helped made these records classics.
Crazy this the last season they picked the right guys portraying GZA , masta killa , Inspectah deck , ODB , I love this show one of my favorites the best episode of season 3 & OB4CL 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Got maybe 5 mins into this episode and then couldn't stand the corny running thru the woods and finding some dude in a wheelchair in the forest. Reminded me too much of death slayer. I'm waiting for the tone switch up to them crying every word. The criminology ep was just too corny. I could see why they did it with ODB's shit, but then after criminology had biggie smalls looking like stymie from lil rascals, I had to stop the corny. I was really hoping this episode actually had shown a regular episode. Damn, man. If this is all they going to be doing I'm finna tap out this shit and blame the network for it's failing.
