I make $30k a year BEFORE taxes. I have a car payment that is $340 every two weeks. So, $680 every month. car insurance is $113 a month, My rent is $825 a month. $1,680 every month, not counting gas, groceries, trash, water, utilities, wifi? On top of that, my mother lives WITH me since she's unable to find a job. I have to make ends meet by going to food banks. And even then I feel guilty for taking away food for people that could really, really need it...even though i am 2 hundred bucks short for making my rent atm, I feel so privileged to have a roof over my head a car to drive and food to eat(most of the time) I am so thankful for my position with the job that I have, the benefits I get through my job, the love and support that I have around me. yeah it sucks being broke but just because i'm broke doesn't mean i have to FEEL broke, when i have so many things to FEEL gratitude for. i am grateful i don't have kids for example

Response to Poverty nurse. Everyone making comments saying "You should expect to be broke you have kids" is the DUMBEST thing I have ever heard. We should not be living in a place where 2 medical professionals struggle to raise two kids. Wubby's brother maybe is different, but these people are RN's, I just fill out excel sheets. They should be making more than me and even if you don't want kids do you just hope that the world ends when you die? America should be a place where our next generations should be better than us, not having to be a burden the second they come into the world.

2:00:35 how is 1100 not a good house for a family of four? I grew up sharing a room with my mom and brother for 15 years. That’s a house not big enough for a family of four, and we had 5 in the house total.

if anyone is wondering, you mix the mentioned specifically chemical (potassium nitrate, used to be sold as root killer) with sugar, ass a fuse from like a firecracker, stick it in the pile, then wrap in aluminum foil. We used these for airsoft, as they would kick off smoke for a while. I forget what we added to them, but you could change the color. basically its the same reaction as them little smoke ball fireworks, except yours burns for much longer, and you get the thrill of having crafted something. looking back, it probably would have been easier to simply add the smoke compound to the insides of smoke balls, and use the fuses from them. they were also good if you took a small amount, put it in a tube (slows down the burn) and you burned it in the ground. we used it for some miniatures films, and it produced a nice lingering smog (if black smoke was used) or fog (if white smoke was used)

I feel for the woman crying about not making enough because I think I identify. I got a good job and was doing pretty good for a couple years, putting money into savings, etc...but then when inflation got crazy, I had to dip into my savings, and now it's gone. I am living paycheck to paycheck, cancelling my twitch subs, among other things, to keep trying to live at the same means. I have my shit paid for and I'm ok, but I was good before. Now I'm just ok. I think she was living good, bought a house, had kids, and lived a comfortable life, but now she can't afford that, and I'm in the same boat.

Legit though the lower, black and white eyes on the second-to-last poster sometimes had a yellow hue over them but it had no effect on whether or not the hall had an anomaly. That kinda really screws the game up.
