Feeling bored at home?
This is a little effort from Team Elitewushu to come up with the Home-Based Wushu Tabata Workout video for you and your family to workout together and learn basic wushu at the same time while staying at home waiting for the Covid-19 to be over.
The video featuring our young students leading 8 sets of 20 seconds wushu workouts with 10 seconds rest in between every set.
We will upload 4 videos (tentatively) over a period of 2 weeks with the difficulty & intensity getting higher every each video.
