Jade ...You have to use the bed jumber - for your system legs brain - Jump training - couple of weeks and runing 30 minutes morning time with good breakfast - then you will find your skills of take off the land very easy .

Is this really the best martial art to learn for fighting a few asshole footballers in school? I'd think Boxing, Muay Thai or Keysi would be way more effective

Do you have a tip for me to land on my kicking leg? I try really hard but I'm still landing on the wrong foot. If I land on both foot my kick isn't really high. I'm not sure I'f I'm just not jumping high enough or if I'm too slowly... So is there something I oversea or do I just have to continure..?
