Livestreams are not needed and this is better format. Livestreams feel very corporate and fake. They just invite VAs who's acting overly positive and cringe for a 1h. It's a waste of time.
I would say standard pulls does have a value cause of the standard weapon banner. You would want to get all of them at least as a stat stick. But they should give standard pulls by other means not just replacing limited pulls with them
personally, i am happy they give us standard pulls and limited pulls cuz not everyone will want to go for each Wappon banner on every character so I am not seeing it as that bad of an idea
Yeah I prefer the straight to the point method they did here. Literally summed everything up within less than 5 minutes, as opposed to hoyos 1 hour long live streams that just stretch and prolong the info we want to see.
You can use the standard pulls to go for the weapon banner. We get a lot of limited pulls as it is and there's people who complained that we get only 7 standard pulls per patch.
Standard pulls are amazing, it might seem we are getting less limited pulls but you forget we are also getting 7 weapon banner pulls from shop each patch, so overall 2 more than HSR with it's 10 pull login. Standard banner 5star weapons are also all pretty decent, so them balancing limited pulls with standard is a good trade off for us and them.
They kinda tease that mt firmament would be somewhat in a frozen-like state on the first trailer that they dropped, during the first few seconds you can see the snowflakes not falling, it only started falling when Jinshi took at least a step or two
The standard pulls are there because the community was complaining we didn't get enough from just playing through the game. The guranteed 5 star weapon is what all those normal pulls go to. No one is rolling on characters but a 5 star weapon can push your account high.
More than 40. We get a refresh on the material exchange, and they upped the amount to 7. So add another 21 pulls. Also as much as I would like just a pure limited 10 pull free each patch, you tripping that we don't need standard. Standard best used on the standard weapon selection banner. So I'm fine with it.
I'm liking all the new goodies in the new patch btw for the standard 5 pulls limited 5 pulls unironically i don't mind it this time around but i would like to see it at least being 10 limited pulls like in HSR. Clearly Kuro are fishing and feeling out the waters for feed back on what kind of patch to patch rewards we players want while still spending enough to keep the game afloat and have profit on top it will take at least a few patches to feel out the market for sure as any good business should be doing when they do care for customer satisfaction while making good profits and building up there product for the long run value of it if that makes sense in this case the Wuwa IP itself. Of curse each patch those being 10 limited pulls is going to be great or even better go with there own PGR model and give us a 10 pull worth of the payed currency and let us decide on witch type of pull we want to spend that would be ideal. Since i would like more standard pulls not for character banner but for the standard weapon banner especially the sword and gun that has crit main stat and i can see them be as good as a limited 5* weapon for those type of characters and its actually worth pulling for those as the normal 5* char will drop eventually from 50/50 losses anyway.

That is why i don't mind this patch the 5 limited and 5 normal for 1.1 but in 1.2 it will be a different story with out those 10 10 10 right ? if they keep it at 5 5 going forward for every patch. What I'm talking about is the each and every new patch 10 pulls witch are currently 5 limited and 5 normal.

Standard banner pulls are needed for the weapon banner, because the game doesn't really give a lot of standard pulls elsewhere (character or weapon level up) at least for now( until we get better craftable and f2p friendly 4* weapons
So true. But I think it'd be better as something like a weekly reward in-game than being an event reward. I think getting standard pulls on events feels a little bad for most people.
Just saying- standard banner pulls can be used to get standard banner weapons which i think everyone should get , in that sense i am more then happy to get those standard pulls!
True but I would suggest 15 pull each patch then, 10 limited + 5 standard or vice versa. At least I know what my first complain at the end of the patch is 🤣 more limited is always better.

Standard pulls are so good in this game. Maybe it doesn't help that most of the 4-stars are mediocre, but giving us targeted 5-star weapons is the sickest
i really like that they alternate between mc, they know how the community argue about the canon mc in both HSR and GI. alternating the MC is a good decision considering they are the same person, also it shows that both MCs are somewhat equally loved.
Standard summons are fine especially for everyone in the early stages, however, I think it’ll lose value until more players get their hands on all of standard 5 star weapons. Then I would start to argue of changing the free 10 pulls to all limited.

You're both right, the extra pulls/copies purchasable from the store does have value But PVCL is right that standard summons definitely have less value in later phases where standard units will be less valuable than premium characters
As a gacha enjoyer playing Epic Seven and enjoy 1 minute short video about updates (they kinda stop doin livestreams on new content updates and have been doin 1 minute reviews on upcoming events while livestream on tournaments) I agree, normally I dont mind live streams of new stuff but sometimes its a bit long to get behind.

I'm pretty sure in WuWa both MCs are canon since they basically switch between the two between trailers and sometimes even midway THROUGH a trailer, so both get featured equally.

We are already getting 6 new achos including a big a$$ dragon, if they implement everything in the first few versions then there won't anything left for later and players gonna complain a lot. It's a big W but I think they made the 10 pulls 5 standard and 5 limited because of those 30 pulls and also many people were asking for it I saw some smaller CCs asking for standard pulls cause there is no way to obtain standard pulls but I think they will change it to be 10 limited pulls in the upcoming patches that's just my opinion
Standard pulls are so much better here than in games like Genshin. At least you can guarantee something you want/need. I'm about to hit 300 pulls in Star Rail and I don't want any of them shits. Not to mention, eventually you're gonna have 2 sword users on the same team and you won't be able to share your 1 sword
yeah, overall pretty neat and nice but wtf is this standard banner pulls, why not just give out 160 astrite instead of pulls and let players choose, that way you can't really do anything wrong i think. The Chiangli free login stuff tho is amazing 😂
I agree they should give us solely event pulls for patch log ins, but there’s value in standard tides for some 5 star weapons. Hopefully they add more ways of getting standard currency later on because no one should be wasting astrites on that. I appreciate getting information this way more than long livestreams, feels like you waste less time and no filler babble.

Standards are powerful for 5star weapons. No one should be pulling standard character banner after they've gotten their 3 early 5 stars, two of which being selectors.

Standard pulls have value and I definitely need more of those. We don't get much standard pulls in-game. But I'd prefer them as weekly rewards in-game that we can just obtain by doing weekly stuff. Getting them as event rewards feels a little worse but its fine for now. I hope they can improve this in the future.
