I tried to reach out to the Mods, and Informing about this unfair ban, They probably suspected that you were simply trying to get your alt acc which did the crime unbanned.
what they mean by leak images of the characters was not the characters itself that they showed, the images u have are the characters ingame profile face which they never showed so it is indeed leak images and the fact you showed that image to the mods regardless if u are appealing for someone else it is indeed leaks, they should have been more specific into explaining but as unfair as it seemed it its indeed a breach of their discord rules, imo they should give u guys a warning first and deleted that but they followed protocol i hope u guys get unban for misunderstading the situation but those images ( not the characters) are leaks P.S.: Take a note of this to prevent future problems unless its literally their official image do not show anywhere and this is for other games too. Oh and also a side note, legally speaking they could even sue you for that if they wanted so being just banned from a discord its just a slap in the hand just be careful next time theres others companies that use those oportunities as minimal as it can be since you guys werent even aware and get money out of it.. best luck and hope u grow and learn from this mistake❤

@@ajgonerogue it doesnt matter if it was someone else u were speaking of, you shared that image with the mods in their eyes and legally speaking u are sharing leaks thats how and thats why u also got ban, in that same ticket u mention they asked for where the source of the images came from which u didnt clarified nor give cause well its leaks and this was your chance to explained you didnt knew the images were leaks instead u said nothing and they did their investigation and declared you as guilty as such... in fact this exact video of your claim to show what happend the fact u are showing the said images ( the profile charaters face) its still consider leaks, u need to have a perspective of legal rights no matter how stupid and unfair it seems.
This isn't really unfairly, its a misunderstanding that you created, If they banned Brightnight without a warning first, then I would say that may be unfair, but under the situation, your ban makes perfect sense as you said that you were Brightnight, and we don't know how that ban played out. For all you know they could of warned him and he just laughed them off.
Same thing happened to a several friends who re-posted Animated WuWa gifts from Discord's own Official Gif Library (Tenor)... He got Banned without any warning. Others went to try and ask why, as well as reason with the mods and "official Kuro Staff". They banned them too, lmao wtf. It pissed them off because you need to give your real phone number to get in the Official WuWa Discord. Seems Mods are Corrupt as Hell on WuWa Discord... They went to Official Wuthering Waves Reddit to ask what just happened, there the WuWa Reddit mods flat out told them that the Discord is known to be ban crazy for no reason but they have no authority over it, nor do Discord mods have authority over the Official WuWA Reddit. On top of that there is no appeal! You can't even talk about it. Then they told them it was best join a non-official WuWa discord 😂😂😂 Official WuWa Discord Mods telling people to Avoid Official WuWa Discord. 😂😂😂 But then, all the messages and posts of my friends of the Official WuWa Reddit were being deleted... Seems like Official WuWa mods and staff on Reddit is just as corrupt as the Discord mods and staff 😂😂😂
Dude.. you answered your own question. You sent a message saying it was you, and didn't bother to mention you were reaching out for someone else until AFTER they banned you. Ofc they would think that was your alt account, because thats literally what you typed. Only hope you have is someone from the Wuwa disc seeing this and the staff realizing the mistake. Good luck.
They did not drop the images 3 weeks ago, the sprites haven't been officially shown, therefore they consider it a leak. Only thing officially announced were the characters being the next banners, no official artwork for the sprites. The ban on your friend, while stupid af, is barley justified your ban is pretty ridiculous.
Tbh their reasoning was somewhat dumb and somewhat right the brightnight one is dumb and wrong and your ban is somewhat reasonable because therewas no way (unless they put you both on the call or something)could have differentiated if account is alt account or not but it was dumb that they ban you without a proper human reasoning
Im new to this kinda of gacha game and i personally dont know that leak is prohibited as i never when to any game server stated this rule. As of course, I bet mostly ppl dont read rules so do i. So few weeks ago, i said about " after watching the changli and jinshi ult did it change your mind" which got me banned. Unfortunately is my mistake and i take it but should the mod at least give us a warning instead of perm ban. At least give ppl another chance.

They have a job on the line and if they are indeed wrong then u would be unbanned but this processed gets vetted through a few people . appeal again and maybe it might work but otherwise just live your life. Funny how u took the fall for your friend lmao. On a serious note i think the ban was not wrong though. This is for for Intellectual rights i would assume. They have terms of service and rules of what can and cannot be shared. The ban is like the slap to the wrist... Otherwise lawyers would come knocking.

sounds like a mismanaged Discord Moderatation Team and Social Media Team, Kuro is going through a lot right now and I wouldn't hold it against them tbh. all the heads don't seem tot alk to eachother. at least ur account isnt banned right? anyways appeal hopefully someone who understands tierlists and IP rights will unban you.
No offence but this whole kuro can do no wrong mentality is getting annoying, yes they have been very generous but have also made some HUGE mistakes. Its clear to me that maybe they should've released the game later and not now. Unfinished code in the event, leaked emails, sheesh this game will be dead in a bit if it keeps going like this.
