I got paid and ended up doing like 60 pulls and got changli twice, then I had enough corals to get a waveband, thus she became s3. Then, I figured I might as well try tempest Mephis with her solo to show off some of her kit some more.
This wasn't easy for sure , other runs before I had more DPS to not have the clock go down to last literal seconds (but I got merked anyways because this boss is still pain).
Enjoy the fight, I still had fun with it myself; changli is also best girl so I'm glad I got lucky to get her stronger by getting her wave bands.
