+Lazza Leppi more like everything that gets automated these days, and since the 50s, was manually controlled on these old motors and the idea of consumable parts was not, and is still not, big in the tractor industry. OTR truckers miss the old million mile cat motors, because now with more consumable parts to engines they are doing full rebuilds at half million now, but they neglect to appreciate the fuel savings that more than make up for the down time and cost of an extra rebuild. they forget when the million mile cat was popular diesel was at most half as much money.
I agree - very capable, and surprisingly nimble. It was dwarfed by its distant great-grandson! The grader surprised me, however. Thought something like that would need much more weight to operate effectively.
