WW2 British Airfield Ambience - Relax with the sound of planes, birds and 1940s music on your radio 

August 1942, Southern England.
During a quiet moment on a glorious summers day you sit beside your Spitfire on the edge of the airfield, watching the clouds go by, occasionally scanning your old radio for a bit of music. The local kestrel searches for voles along the runway edges. Other pilots are practicing in biplanes in the distance. An American B-17 bomber cruises overhead and a few spitfires are flying low over the fields. Its good to have a few hours rest and a doze in the sunshine...
I hope you enjoy this little scene I created. I wanted to do something with a 1940s ambience. Relax, sleep or study to the sounds of birdsong, airplanes sounds and a bit of forties music.
