I know the idea was to probably have detachable rooves so you could stick minifigs, equipment, and furniture inside but some of that construction quality is a yikes if you ask me.

I don't know... I find this set kinda... how to put it... soulless. If you know what I mean. Like this seems more like a thing someone would build from their spare pieces in third grade. Last time I was probably too negative so let's focus on the things I do like about it. First of all - the fact that it looks perfectly fine from all sides. That is a huge advantage. Next are the variations in brick colors and types. It looks appropriate. And of course the foliage is great addition. Also the fact that the designer choose to put the doors on the opposite side of the machine gun position is a nice touch. Overall I like the build but I think it is not on the level of quality to be made into comercial set.

My original design had an additional anti-aircraft gun, sleeping cabin and radio room. Unfortunately the purchase price became very high and our producer had to cancel that. Now the bunker feels incomplete, but at least it's not too expensive and you can set it up yourself.
