Nahh. For the player character that would be quick. The probelm is finding time to record lines the other wrestlers say. Since they are always on the move, getting that much dialogue recorded is tough to do in a year.

I miss the Smackdown games. Here Comes the Pain, Shut Your Mouth. Even Smackdown 1 and 2 were better than what wwe games are today. My favorite wrestling games were on the N64. Wrestlemania 2000, No Mercy and WCW/NWO Revenge.

Chuck 0426 yeah man spot on when I played a 6 man chamber it was like jumping from frame to frame it’s so frustrating, though with all the past games I’ve never had a problem with frame rate was always 60fps for me haha.

The Shredder I've had it for 4 days now, I'd completely recommend it. It is amazing, and they underrated it. I'd recommend for the most fun, grab some friends for online. It's lagfree unless your internet is trash.

I got the Deluxe Edition and have been playing it a ton. I feel like this review is on crack. Game is much better than 2k17.

It's a 7.0 if you have 2k17 since it's only a minor upgrade. WWE2K18 is so much better then 13 trust me, go for it.

Just got it. Movement is awkward, my career seems garbage so far. First wrestling game I've played since SvR:2006 for the ps2, graphics don't seem to have improved by much, if at all. Crowd still looks like a bunch if paper cut outs from South Park. Commentary is bland, dry, and boring as hell. After 1 hr of gameplay, I give it a 4/10

Why does it get an 8? I have to side with IGN on this one, there isn't enough new stuff to consider it higher. I agree with IGN that the dialogue is atrocious.

Alex Cameron WWE 2K17 got an 8 and WWE 2K18 which is a much better game, got a 7. How does that make sense to you.

Its definitely better than 2k17. 2k17 was so glitchy that I actually returned it and went back to playing 2k16. I couldn't stand how buggy it was.

Ron Keefer yeah it does seem really similar but at least it's not FIFA.. If you play online or exhibition most of the time, then you're probably not gonna notice too big of a difference (apart from basically no lag online) but the real difference is in MyPlayer

ijustdontgiveadamn exactly everyone who’s sayin how much better this one is than 17 will be the same ppl in 4-5 after it’s out realizing how impulsive & naive they were being about this PIECE OF GARBAGE! It’s literally the same exact franchise as last year with minor nuisanced enhancements and that’s it they still don’t have dynamic commentary pre&post RAW SM shows with backstage and throughout-the-show interviews about matches and rivalries.. nor does the commentary have an authentic adapting “match calling” where they actually call specific moves, wrestlers, branching storyline arcs from previous matches on the card or previous “last week” action that preludes certain situations or attitudes momentum and crowd reaction, satisfaction and who they favor/dislike. And one last update I think they should have by now are Wrestlers when during an entrance actually come out of the curtain with authenticity

The problem with video games these days is that all gaming developers are trying to make them as realistic as they can. Which isn't a bad thing per say but it does cause more issues such as glitches and so forth. What 2k needs to do is to get Yuke's to make a new game engine kinda like how EA moved some of their sports games to the frostbite engine.
