Whats with Edge's not being accurate, 2 years in a row and they for some reason don;t but the square around the R for his tights and kneepads. Maybe a copyright issue?

It is a copyright issue. I believe someone from Mattel confirmed this when asked about why a recent Edge figure had the same issue.
