WWE 2K23: Join Evolution vs Join The Hurt Business In MyRise Mode 

Is there an evolution version where you give the other replies and it runs longer?

What about a HB version with alternate replies?

What path do I take to unlock everything in My Rise?

Are there unlockables associated with joining evolution. I've played through the hurt business side of the game

@@bd_2213 yeah i was like why cant i let them come to the ring with me. I want my team to be the one jumping them after the match lol. Did not feel like i was in evolution, more like a version of it that was run by Hornswoggle. They need more branching stories imo.

@@KentuckyJoe Exactly. Or better choices, at least. Because no matter what you choose, you're screwed here. You lose the IC title and leave your faction. Why isn't there a path where your faction actually succeeds and you win the world title instead of every choice just leading to failure? Feels like a waste of time.

If you join the hurt business it’s theory and Damian priest with evolution I’m guessing priest is batista and theory is randy

Omos, Carmelo Hayes and Theory fits perfectly in the 2 stable, but why Priest? It does not make sense

Universe Mode is still the best mode imo you are the one in charge of creative and book the show as you want. I generally don't enjoy the career modes, as they quickly get boring when you keep playing the same character whose moveset you know inside out after 5 -10 matches.

The myrise story is good but it definitely does not beat Sami zayn Vs bloodline story and Cody Vs reigns

They've never quite found the balance they used to have in the early smackdown vs raw games and prior. I don't know why since it seems pretty easy

Granted I didn't see 2k22's MyRise mode so I don't know if this game's MyRise mode is the same as that one.

@joshuajean-pierre6447 I got stuck twice now. Did they take Flair out of the game so that Evoluation storyline does not work?!?!?! Not impressed. I am done with my Rise after a few hours. What a rip off.

If you pick Evolution, then you get the stories "New to the Game," "The Evolution of Evolution," "Maximum Male Morons," "The Sound of Violence," "Mixed Martial Documentary," "Lazy Booking," and "Omos Famous."

If you pick Hurt Business, then you get the stories "Live Forever," "Game On," "Most Valuable Game Player," "Your Own Two Feet," "Anytime, Anywhere, Any Tom," "Still Hurting," and "Easy Championship Wrestling."

That's the thing, when we watch wrestling on tv we are supposed to suspend our disbelief that what we are watching is real. The backstage segments we see on the show falls into that category, it's called Kayfabe. That's the same logic that the career modes follow. I don't think the game would be that much fun if we see our players shooting the sh*t with their "enemies" backstage before the show or dealing with bad McManagement or dumb writers/bookers.

I’d always assumed these backstage segments were supposed to be on camera on the show, like this is a story being told on television. Unfortunately sometimes things happen backstage and the commentators are completely unaware of it, which muddles that idea a bit.

New Evolution/Legacy? Cody Rhodes win the WWE Championship at WrestleMania, ultra good Face moment. Then at raw, Orton's Heel returns as mentor and turn of Cody as heel to and to look more dominant, add the United States champion Austin Theory. They would look great I think.
