Anything I could do to help I found it the other night and had to share with the rest of the wwe2k23 community. It only works on the shows. When it comes to ppvs the rivalry actions are limited.
just tried ppv rivalry matches using free mode as well and automatically reduces your action choices to end of rivalry. climb power rankings inflict injury and so on. freedom to choose is not available, no mid match options or anything, hopefully they patch and give us the freedom that was talked about because I feel like last year was much easier and love live action breakouts not cutscenes.
Yeah I guess 2k logic is ppv are supposedly to be the end of feuds. Nonetheless I'm having fun with the new rivalry actions and that little loophole I found in the system. Hopefully its enhancing your play through on universe mode as well.
tried it, worked for regular weekly shows, but not for ppv. anyone know if entrance breakouts from 2k22 are back, like those much better than the cutscenes.
