The image in the center of the thumbnail is the prototype for the cancelled Hollywood Hulk Hogan figure we mentioned earlier in this series.
Because we've mentioned this figure before i thought it would be a fun easter egg for whoever reads the description.

Facts, Me too. Also since the did an official Warlord elite figure with the half silver mask and black chest armor, I would luv and think that they would definitely have to do an elite Barbarian.

Hulks DM figure was the reason I started collecting, 150+ elite 80s-90s Legends later and I stopped when they fired Hulk. These unreleased figures are amazing, I hope they are back in Mattel’s plans now he has re-signed

The cancelled retro's just break my heart. I was born in 81, so I enjoyed the Hasbro figures a lot. Here in TN, the retro's are impossible to find in stores. No Walmart in Chattanooga carries them and Target still stocks the Seth Rollins/Dean Ambrose wave from a year ago. Thanks for the video! Pretty damn good.

What one? The Blue trunks? That was from the end of his NWA career transitioning into "American Made" in WWF. Just prior to "Hulkamania". Although, No Holds Barred may have been made around the same time, or simply recycled the outfit for that role, IDK.

How about Battle packs 12 (if you look back it was completely skipped over) -Santino & Vladimir Kozlov -Dolph ziggler & Kofi Kingston -Miz & Daniel Bryan Not sure how far these figures got into production or if there are even prototypes

I'm surprised that they were going to make a One Man Gang figure when they killed that gimmick to make him Akeem. Also, retro series one had an Ultimate Warrior. I believe that Hogan wore the long blue tights during in his undefeated run in AWA in like 83, I want to say?

It's crazy how many unreleased Mattel figures there are prototypes of or promotional material for that never hit market. Mattel has been making WWE figures for 9 years, so it's bound to happen a lot.

Too "sexist". Girls won't buy them. PC (counter)"Culture". I was always wishing Jakks would've done the Divas from 2002 and up as bikini attire bases with cloth over-clothes for bra & panty matches. LOL. Sort of like WWE Barbies, basically. Would've been logical.

The longer "Blue Trousers" (Blue Sweatpants/Wind breakers) @9:45 are from WrestleMania "Training" with Mr. T. It wasn't ring-worn as far as I know. It's also based on the WrestleMania Ticket Promotion figure from the Classic Superstars line from Jakks. But screw Mattel. I hate their figures. And the shorter was from his WWF debut, prior to introduction of "Hulkamania". Shit, even as "Hulkamania" became a thing, he had Red, White and Blue Hulkamania outfits and shirts. Some Teal and Yellow. They were figuring out an eye popping color scheme. They eventually settled on and chose McDonald's. And people Mc'Loved it.
