J’étais dans cette salle j’ai suivi toute cette storyline depuis le début j’ai assisté à une storyline absolument extraordinaire et cette soirée là à Montréal Une Star est née chez Sami Zayn !!!
@@jiggleballs55 I was there lol, thing you have to remember is there was 60,000 fans there. I imagine Canada would’ve done the exact same if there were 60,000 of them.
They would find it difficult to create an atmosphere like this again for a very longtime. Very few wrestlers get this over and even fewer who get such an ovation from their homecrowd. The fact Sami was the most over wrestler with the fans and that he was in Montreal at the same time is the reason why this moment was extra special. It was not something shoved down fan's throat but actual entertaining work from a great professional wrestler that we people could connect with and that resulted in him getting over. I know many say it was the right decision to book reigns to be a champion and carry that for 1000+ days. I have been watching pro wrestling since I was a kid. It's always been about creating moments and not records. People remember the moments they re-watch it on the network or RU-vid. This was a missed opportunity because it will be very difficult to recreate something like this. Hopefully Sami gets his moment and it happens in Montreal Qubec because that montreal crowd has been waiting for it since 97 screwjob.
