Dolph Ziggler is one of the best overall wrestlers in the industry. He’s got the looks, the charisma, the promo skills and the in ring talent. His ability to deliver in and out of the ring is incredibly overlooked and under appreciated. I would have loved to see him in a feud with Roman Reigns as an underdog.
He debuted in the same year as Drew McIntyre and Sheamus. Yet both of them won a title within a few months of being on the roster. It took him a year and a half to. Such utter disrespect and disregard for one of the best
@@Mr.DontOverThinkIt he actually debuted in 2004 and was regularly on RAW in 2006 as part of the Spirit Squad so he debuted before both Drew and Sheamus.
@@najacipedo6898 A: That further proves my point. B: He debuted with the name and look we all love today in 2009 or late 2008. Roughly the same time frame as Drew and Sheamus. I don't recognize his time before then for good reason...
@@ankittadanki6224 wasn't a drag. he was speaking from the heart didn't have anything memorized going off the top with the events of getting high rejected and being accepted again. it was meaningful before the event but after the event that's when tears flow.
@@lordracer7743 I don't like the way cena talks on the mic, and I was a cena fan when I was younger, he is only good at roasting, miz's promo's feel like inspiration, and touches you
They say miz had a little bit of tears in his eyes at one point knowing Ziggler was speaking the truth as to why “he can’t stop” wrestling despite getting nothing in return not a royal rumble win not a wwe championship not a king of the ring rarely ever a main event talent he deserved so much more!!
I damn near ugly cried while watching that, the raw emotion and vulnerability in that promo is just somethin else man. And same goes with Eddie’s, absolutely legendary promos that’ll never be forgotten
Dolph and Eddie had the most heart felt speeches and I started to cry to both because we all know what happened to Eddie R.I.P. As for Dolph he's a guy that doesn't get a lot of opportunities and he deserves better
At the end of Eddie's speech, you can see it hit Brock too. I don't know if her knew what he would unleash in Eddie during that promo, but even he was moved. He was supposed to hide it, but he felt it.
That Eddie promo was very emotional. It’s even more sad that a year after that promo he passed away at such a young age because of all the damage he did to his body when he was drinking and doing drugs.
Yep. You got me with that classic Eddie admission speech. I remember when I saw that live thinking to myself that it wasn’t a promo. It was Eddie laying himself bare before everyone and acknowledging his failures. We all have those failures and we can all feel what he felt. It was relatable. That’s the beauty of this speech. It was real. He knew he wasn’t alone in his dealings but he knew he was the only one who could get it all back. What a talent. I miss that guy. Thanks for this memory. And if anyone who’s reading this is feeling like a failure…you’re only a failure when you act like a failure. There’s no shame in trying and failing. There’s no shame in trying and realizing it just isn’t meant to be. It’s ok to try and fail. Just try. Good health, heart and mind to you all.
Yeah so I was already feeling emotional after that eddie speech. Your comment drove it further home. And I couldn't appreciate you any more than I do now. I hope that all good things come to you.
that's why companies ,these days are not counting on him on the highest level, but his fans think he deserves better lol, they also don't understand, I hope one day they will, because Jeff doesn't seem too
But Carlito didn’t deserve that he wasn’t lazy like the rumors said he tried and worked his butt off. But they most likely Vince just told Ric Flair pretty much to just go crazy on him.
@@mosesmartinez14 i think the main problem was WWE overpush Carlito when he debut in WWE he beat John Cena(he cheated) and you know when you mess with the golden boy the fans will stuck it up to you forever,he just couldn't bounce back after his feud with John Cena.
Man that Dolph Ziggler speech gives me chills! He deserves so much more. 😢 Ric Flair’s though is very impactful. I feel like people don’t appreciate what they have, and that just proves it. AJ Styles also shows how one person, can Impact everyone and everything! (No pun intended) But I can’t stand when WWE and TNA use addiction as a storyline!😢 It just sucks, man.
It is very hard to accept that they do that, but idk man the way AJ was telling Hardy off felt genuine. I’m not a fan of TNA/Impact so they maybe used that as a storyline against Styles for Hardy but AJ sounded too real for me
For me it's Dolph & Eddie speeches that take the cake here. Because both of them are good guys, no politics in the locker room, give baby face vibes for life no matter what they do. Hope at least Dolph makes it big in WWE. My man is so passionate about his job. Nature bless him.
@Saber23 "Amore is guilty of bringing a series of questionable guests into the locker room. The visitors broke locker room etiquette by filming and taking pictures of the wrestlers." Amore also apparently had a stripper call him out on social media for his behavior." Also read that he did have an SA court case at the time. Which tbf he was proved innocent of but wwe was not cutting him any slack by then
People allow addicts to get to the point where they start affecting others before they say something, and usually that something is extremely degrading to someone battling their own shit
Everyone here had an amazing speech here, but for some reason Dolph's just resonates with me so much. He really did deserve better and lesser men would have quit. Despite how mid they kept him, he always kept going, always fought, always gave great performances. On the other side of the of the coin, I see other wrestlers who got pushed early in their careers and become stars practically overnight. Dolph Ziggler isn't a household name outside of the dedicated WWE watchers, but this guy is a symbol of determination. I always cheer for him.
He most certainly deserves better he has put so much effort and they haven’t gave him a big shot n just like u said new wrestlers come n become stars right away SMH. He deserves a belt atleast to hold it for a few months 🫤
Eddie didn't deserve to die. He had an amazing speech. I wish he was still here. He would have become a bigger legend if he lived. He will always be missed.
When I heard that Eddie Guerrero speech I bawled my eyes out. That's why he is and always will be my all time favorite wrestler. RIP Eddie. You will be missed and never forgotten.
I'm here for Dolph Ziggler. That man's speech is the most heart touching especially because now, WWE has made such a talented guy a jobber who isn't even on television anymore, just returns from backstage, the company doesn't have anything left for him but he's still sticking around. He deserves so much better but Eddie Guerrero is forever legend and his speech is emotional too, Rest in peace 💔🙏
Dolph's words hit deep. It's a fact that is true in life for so many people out there who give their everything to something or to someone in a hope that giving your everything will be enough to attain that one thing humans search for, which is happiness. But it doesn't work out that way for most people. They get absolutely nothing in return for what they do. It felt very personal to me and if I consider his story at the wwe roster, yeah he did achieve things that most people wouldn't do but the amount of work he put in to make others look good and to give out a great show to the fans every time he was in the ring, he didn't get the rewards he deserved. There are many who did much less but got far ahead. But yeah it doesn't stop him from going out there and doing the job he is given even if it's going out there jobbing out to a 50 year old guy in a 2 minutes squash match, he gave his best and made that guy look amazing. That's a true professional. That's what a guy who loves his work would do. That promo really hits deep. He deserves much better.
Dolph's speech genuinely came from the heart, as someone who'd struggled from the middle of the pack for over a decade, he grinded and grinded, as he said, you can give, and give, and give, and the things you love sometimes don't love you back
Eddie's one was my all time favorite. Without his addiction and eventual rehab, Eddie wouldn't show up in ROH and helping kickstart indy wrestling movement in early 00's. He truly love this business and second to none performer. Miss ya Ed ❤
You know what made me cry? When Roman came out & announced his cancer was back. To see how hard he worked just to have to give it up for one moment that changed his life. Sad.😢
Dolph's speech got me emotional. I still remember him debuting as a singles wrestler with that dumb "Hi, my name is Dolph Ziggler" schtick they gave him. And year after year, he showed how ludicrously talented he was, and he just got better and better. It's no wonder he was being called a Shawn Michaels rip-off, because he was really just that damn great, at everything he did, and the fact he's no longer in the main event world title scene, and hasn't been for years, is honestly ridiculous. He's given to that company for so long, and even with all the talent, skill and charisma in the world, he's trapped in the mid card, jobbing out.
Carlito had his own demons which ruined his first WWE run and I hope he takes Ric’s words to heart. The ovation he had at Backlash showed just how much fans want to see him in a WWE ring again. Now that he’s resigned with the company he can give them what they want and hopefully he doesn’t screw this up.
Dolph's hit harder than all the rest because of the fact that it can apply to any endeavor in each and everyone of our lives. It's like in the hard times promo where Dusty Rhodes talks about loving a job that just can't pay the bills. Sometimes you love something so much and despite that love you may get nothing in return.
Dolph is so underrated. They use him over and over again. Use him to push others, use him as a gimmick, and use him as a filler. They need to give the guy a good story and a good push. He more than deserves it.
Wasn't a fan of Dolph but I remember I almost teared up when I heard that speech in 2016 or 17 I can't remember exact year but whatever year was that it was feud of the year for me and it was also during this time I really started appreciating both of them and I still am not that of a fan of both but I still feel like they deserve better and one last epic run with at least us or intercontinental title And for Eddie everytime something of him pops up tear would automatically roll down
Seeing Eddie’s promo on Smackdown, really brings so much emotional memories. I miss him and miss his charismatic voice. There’s nobody who can bring the Latino Heat like Eddie.
I didn't remember any of those speeches even if i watch Wrestling since 2009. But Dolph's speech just goes under your skin. It's the best speech I've ever heard and it relates to my life. Eddie's is awesome too. He recovered from his demons and he earned his second chance
What I love about Eddie’s promo is Brock trying so hard not to cry and struggling about it. And who can blame him, it’s such a passionate and truthful promo no one can hold a tear hearing it.
The current roster has so many wrestlers who can cut amazing promos, so many stories to be told, so many moments to be made, and so many emotions to be felt. Yet, the only real story in the WWE right now is The Bloodline. Don't get me wrong, I love the samoan story and I think we'll miss it when it's over. I just wish the other wrestlers got the same attention Roman's story's getting.
Except Ricochet and Logan Paul. Pretty terrible stuff to watch when Ricochet's promo gets crapped on by Logan Paul instead of being taken somewhat seriously.
Wow the Speach of Dolph Ziggler was soo emotional,. I got goosebumps and a Shiver down my Spine by watching it. He is such a underrated Wrestler, it´s a real Shame he never rose to fame in WWE
Eddies promo aged like fine wine and spoiled milk all at once knowing he ended up dying in the same place he spoke about years later after been clean… he is sorely missed
god damn eddie that was powerful. how did brock not break down after that. makes it harder to sit through when you know 2005 is not far off from that day. literally a year later after winning that title.
I no longer watch wrestling but Eddie’s passing is one that still gets me. He was a part of my childhood, Same name, and made me proud of being a Mexican American. All his ups and downs, the passion, and sense of humor. Eddie was one that could take you on a rollercoaster of emotions. To hear of what he meant to his peers really shows that Eddie was a man of his convictions but didn’t let his shortcomings define who he was as a human being and for that he will always be my favorite Wrestler.
Eddie was always must see tv at least for me i still remember the tribute episode of raw and how everyone was so heartbroken he was an innovator he was a man that looked at his wrongdoings and truly made an effort to make it right R.I.P. eddie viva la raza we all miss you
Ziggler deserves a push, whether that's in WWE or AEW. He's so underrated. Also, that Eddie promo will never be topped. A once-in-a-lifetime moment from a once-in-a-lifetime talent.
Dolph has consistently been one of the top guys on rhe roster his entire career. He has it all. Great in the ring and on the mic. They just keep tossing him sh1te creative. He should’ve been on Seth Rollins’ level.
I just hit 9 years last month...and with each passing year, you feel more and more displaced from the previous life you had, and it feels great! You got this!👍
Dolph Ziggler is one of the best wrestlers in history. I'm sad that he got released and I miss watching him. I still watch his money in the bank match it was one of his best matches. He is so underrated. I think he would be better when he returns. I think he should go to other wrestling companies to get more famous and WWE will hire him again or he can work harder or take a brake then comeback better than ever.
You could just tell that Brock was taking in every single word that Eddie spoke and that you could see he just wanted to shake his hand as he gained mad respect for him right there and then
@@elmulato7038 yep. Same state from an accidental overdose. Eddie is probably the only wrestler that was more universally loved than Stone Cold and Hogan
I really don't understand what really stopped the management to push Ziggler, he's got charisma, cuts great promos , looks and one of the greatest to step foot in the ring yet always pulled him back. He should have been multiple time World & WWE Champion.
That Eddie speech is why I decided to get my shit together. One of the rare moments when art truly inspires. Probably because it imitated life in this instance
To me john cena "never give up speech" would always be my greatest🎉❤ "A man's character is not judged when he celebrates a victory but what he does when his back is against the wall"
Man I couldn't have picked any better promos myself. Great video. I think I'm gonna be back here many more times. I hope this video blows up and go even more viral than it has already.
