It's late, but I would have rather the Undertaker have a nuts match against Sting and if he had to lose the streak, have it be to Sting. Otherwise, the streak was spitting in the faces of fans and something special that may never happen again. It should have been left unbroken.
@@sunshower6560 I understand your emotions and the point you are putting forward. In business you have to leave no stone unturned and at the end of the day MONEY MATTERS. So streak had a potential to drive in a lot of automatic brand marketing and cash inflow and vince was aware of that. It had to be broken from a business point of view and was going to make someone's career which is what everyone knew. A new guy breaking the streak would've been unbelievable and a spit of the faces of all the legends who went guns blazing against taker. And an already established legend or superstar breaking the streak wasn't going to help either of the superstars career. SO THE LOGIC BEHIND THIS WAS PRETTY MUCH CLEAR. look at the level brock lesnar is at right now. AEW AND WWE would literally go to war with each other just to sign this guy for an absurd amount of money. THAT'S BUSINESS FOR YOU.
@JGMan181 He was already a hall of famer but, he can still due something better for the company like when vince McMahon let Kurt Angle to be the manager of Raw so he could do better things than him
