You gotta understand that the character and the person playing the character aren't the same. I personally don't like roman reigns, but I think Joe is a pretty cool and nice guy. People have hated the character because WWE booked him to win 90% of his matches, he always won even when he didn't need the win, he was always shoved into the title scene no matter what and on top of that they tried to book him like a Cena clone, which just doesn't fit him very well.

@Joergen Schmoergen they do get similar heat just for being the guy I agree. It became cool to dislike cena, the cena sux/let's go cena tennis chanting became a thing whether ppl liked him or not, and now it seems he's universally liked by the IWC because he's not around going over on the Internet darlings as often. A lot of stuff cena was criticised for were for choices cena made, well I say made its more like booking decisions he enforced, and for politics backstage, but by all accounts this guy is the nicest guy you could meet. I really don't understand why he gets so much hate. People's dislike of this man goes so far that some accused him of faking his cancer for sympathy. Imagine thats how your mind works.

That's because he chooses not to pay the haters any attention, other than the odd clapback on Twitter. Then he's hella savage. Mostly though, he chooses to tune out the hate and pay attention to what the members of the Roman Empire are saying. He chooses to listen to the love we shower him with.
