Michael: And what a better way to kick off the Raw after SummerSlam than with the new Grand WWE Champion, Empress Madame Ninja Barrett. Announcer: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome the new Grand WWE Champion, Empress Madame Ninja Barrett. Booker T: What a SummerSlam this young woman had just 48 hours ago, guys. Michael: Your prophesy came true, Corey. Corey Graves: My Liege basically captured every single championship placed up for grabs. Booker T: At SummerSlam, we basically watched the death of the Queen and the birth of the Empress. Corey: That’s what you call taking advantage of an opportunity and running with it. Ninja: *listens to the crowd* (enters the ring and gains a microphone in hand to address the crowd.) *hears them chant ‘Justice City’* Oh boy. (as she’s putting a hand to her head to give the obvious presence of a headache from the events of the previous night.) Last night was a long night here in Brooklyn. And I’m not talking about the stuff I don’t remember. There was this after party thing at some type of bar and then, I ended up walking with Elias or something along those lines. I don’t know. I think up until that point, he and I never officially met. Don’t look at me. He was freakishly good with his guitar and it failed to weird me out. I don’t know. I think I nearly had my foot ran over by a cab. Oh, yeah. Then, this thing happened where I beat Carmella and retained my newly won SmackDown Live Women’s Championship. I think at some point throughout the night, I kinda got scratched by a cat. I mean, it was a very long night. Oh, yeah. And then, this other thing happened when I pinned the Beast Incarnate, Brock Lesnar and became your new Grand WWE Champion. You know, my dear Shield brothers. Seth called himself, “The Man.” Roman called himself, “The Guy.” Dean may have called himself, “The Dude.” I don’t know. What does that make me, “The Enforcer”? Oh, I kinda like that. You can call me whatever you want, as long as you address me as Empress Barrett. Now, I completely understand that because of the multiple championships in my possession, multiple targets have been painted on my back as a result, but those are targets I bear with honor, class and dignity. So, this is my open challenge: If anyone in the back think they have what it takes to step to the new Grand WWE Champion, I say come on out here and press your luck, at your own leisure, of course. I’ve got all the patience in the world. In fact, I’ll wait all night long if I have to. *Special Ops entrance theme suddenly plays in the background, catching the attention of the new Grand WWE Champion* The Shield: (make their way to the ring to confront their fully evolved Shield elder sister.) Michael: And here come Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns. Booker T: This could be bad for the new Grand WWE Champion, guys. Corey: Yeah, but it could also be good for my Liege, depending on your perspective. Michael: I wonder what's about to go down between our new Grand WWE Champion and her brothers in the Shield. Booker: Guys, it appears that we're about to found out. All: (enter the ring and gain three microphones to confront their Shield elder sister.) Roman Reigns: Last night was not our night. Last night was your night. Dean Ambrose: And, we just want to say congratulations, sister. We’re so happy for you. Seth Rollins: We don’t care what the critics say. This is our Shield elder sister and we’re so happy for you. And we want to say congratulations. All: (fist bump.) Seth: But, we’ve got to ask you. How good did it feel pinning the Beast Incarnate, Brock Lesnar and ousting both him and his advocate, Paul Heyman from WWE? Ninja: I mean, I would’ve pinned Strowman, Joe and Reigns too, man. Dean: We know you would when given much of a chance, sis. Ninja: So, what brings you three out here? Seth: We wanted to offer you our protection services, considering that now you are the Empress and the first ever female Grand WWE Champion. Wait a minute. Hold on. Let me rephrase that. You're the first ever female to slay the Beast Incarnate, Brock Lesnar, succeeding where others failed. Ninja: I'm listening. Roman: You see, sis. With all of the belts in your possession right now, as far as the contenders are concerned, you're kind of prime for the picking. Ninja: I think I was made aware of that last night in advance when I evolved into the Empress and Grand WWE Champion. Dean: And, you've always looked out for us. So, we figured that we might as well return the favor and look out for you this time. Ninja: Of course.
