Man, my mom Surprised me with this when was 10 years old. We didn’t have much money and she still made it happen for one of my birthdays. She passed suddenly few months ago. I’m forever grateful for her, this toy brought back deep memories
I think you couldd touch pretty much anything metallic to the pads, and something would happen. I used to be able to get Stone Colds theme to play at random.
I Flipped out in the store when i saw the ´´demonstration´´ button and i pressed , the stone cold theme started playing i was like OMFG!!!!!! must haveeee!!!! wow memories, i was 15.

My cousin had this and the smack down playset and I was invited to his sleep over bday party him and all his friends were in the other room playing n64 meanwhile I was in another room playing with his figures because I never cared for video games then I hear his friends say your cousin is weird he goes I know my mom made me invite him. Sadly that was just a glimpse of the future who wants figures and playsets when you can have a game console with downloadable content
I had this back when it first came out my mom looked everywhere tryna find me a Gangrel because he the only one I needed I finally just had to settle with Edge lol good memories
I remember getting this for my 5th birthday, I was so hype since I already owned a WWF Attitude ring playset (prior to going to ToysRus to getting this, I had the steel cage already set up). So getting Vince to accompany the Stone Cold action figure I already own was exciting.
Yep every theme on this thing is unique to the toy, I remember noticing it as a kid back in 1999 and thinking they were all really weird.....The Rock theme has sort of a gloomy and melancholy feel to it
I LOVED this thing!!!!! My brother and I used to film our own episodes of Raw and I had a strobe light for the background! They need to come out with a new version with LEDs for the spotlights!!! Would be soo cool!!!
This brought back soo many memories when I had one. I remember a hack I did with it which was an accident as I was cleaning it. I got some tissue, put a little water or alcohol on it, put it on metal part, and it would play almost all of them. Not sure why that worked. Lol.
Got one really beated up along with an Austin figure. Fixed some shorts on the lights, superglued some parts, and cleaned it up. But couldn't play most of the songs except for the Austin's "try me" button and the Undertaker's that was triggered by putting the fingers, and the full Austin's theme with the figure. Opened the figure's foot where the "microchip" is, but it has just a cheap resistor, so I used several other resistors I had and now I can play most music entrances. So the thing works when the circuit is closed with a resistor of some value, depending on the value it is the song that will be played. Have not decipher the values yet but different resistors play different songs, and some resistors work and some others don't...
I’m glad I didn’t get this I could have and now I’m glad I didn’t I was happier with my smack down play set and just use my boom box with the wwf cd to use for there intros lol
One would think with how advanced technology is today and how cheap it is to mass produce it that wwe would continue to create great interactive playsets like this for the modern age if not even recreations of the past sets even if they slapped a hefty price tag on it people would scream shut up and take my money
Man I ALWAYS wanted this as a kid XD to hear all these theme songs! And so wanted it to update, but to know that other people that come in that isn't picture don't have their music sucked quite abit :/
If you put a toothpick in the back tiny slot hole, you can pick whoever you want want by pressing the button. Or if you a door key on the scanner it’ll play stone colds music or the RAW theme
I put a toothpick on the hole and it makes something like a roulette, then I press the back button to stop it on certain wrestler but it does nothing. Perhaps it plays fine with figures, "try me" button ok, and I just get the Undertakers song when using fingers. So I think that small hole is just a "reset" button like in some other toys, and not a song selector :(
I've briefly seen this thing at someone's house. Have always wondered how it worked when you put a wrestler on the contacts. I'm guessing that each wrestler has a resistor in his shoes and it causes the titan tron to play a different audio clip. I hope someones extracts the audio from this toy and posts it somewhere.
I got this for Christmas 2001 with the smackdown real sounds arena the only problem was Santa brought me the figures that didn't have the little attachment on the feet for the music😂😢
Pretty sure I was able to get all the themes to play from tapping the contacts, except for Kane and Gangrel. They must have been set really low in the shuffle.
You were also able to use your finger to see "which wrestler are you". You would think they would have done more with Gangrel since he was featured in this
Nah, he was probably just a random name picked out of a hat when the makers of this toy had to choose 2 final wrestlers to complete all 10 themes lol. The other probably being Road Dogg lol.
There’s also a truck to where you can just place your fingers on the grey bar at the exact spot it will also played the theme song when i did it it played the undertaker theme
When you hear it on the commercial, I was always under the impression that they would say that every time a wrestler’s music would play as they made their entrance.
This is probably the first year in 9 that I'm not going, I might check if any front rows are available near the day but If not I doubt I'll go. You should check Kamikaze Pro in Birmingham, next 1 the 14th Nov I think, many of the future wrestlers are there
