My favorite thing about spiritbox is that it's not just courtney carrying a bunch of nameless musicians, the band behind her is just as good as she is, and that's what makes spiritbox so special to me, even though they aren't necessarily doing something "new"

The greatest female vocalist out there right now. And the hooks they write are just stupid good. I was a session drummer (Nashville, Atlanta and LA) for 25 years and never once did anyone impress me like this band does.

Courtney LaPlante is a S tier vocalist in metal period. Women or male her vocal range is unlike anything I’ve ever heard. I’m so happy to see this band blow up the way it is. Glad you guys loved the song and video too 🤘🏼

The chorus 2.0 is amazing, especially leading it into the ending of the song. The song was written in the studio while recording their upcoming full length, and they also did the video while they were down in LA. Formula-wise, it’s so Architects-esque, and like you said, it’s not exclusive to Architects, just that they use it a lot.

Absolutely, they're the only band that's blending the djent, emocore, and hard rock worlds in such an accessible way. Architects & Periphery are kinda doing the djenty thing, Bring Me The Horizon and Asking Alexandria are doing the emo-scene type stuff, but Spiritbox do it all-in-one, with mainstream polish added as well If all the venues weren't shut down for safety this past year I'm sure they could be selling out 1000-cap rooms by now.
